The aim of the project is to improve the employability of 55 people from the OSI area (city of Gliwice, Zabrze, Pyskowice, Knurów) by 28 February 2022 belonging to the target group, i.e. persons over 30 years old (from the date of the 30th birthday) unemployed and inactive, the poor in employment, employed on short-term contracts and working under civil-law contracts, whose monthly earnings do not exceed the salary referred to in the Guidelines. Through the following actions: 1. Individual UP support (IPD) 2. Advisory support 3. Training/improvement courses 4. Internships (for 22 participants) 5. organisation of subsidised employment (9 participants) The project will implement all expected results of the competition, both result and output indicators. The project promoter guarantees participation in the project for former participants in projects implemented under thematic objective 9 of the Śląskie ROP (9.1, 9.2, 9.3) (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem projektu jest poprawa zdolności zatrudnienia dla 55 osób z obszaru OSI (miasta Gliwice, Zabrze, Pyskowice, Knurów) do 28.02.2022 r. należących do grupy docelowej tj. osoby powyżej 30 roku życia (od dnia 30 urodzin) bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, osób ubogie pracujące, zatrudnione na umowach krótkoterminowych oraz pracujących w ramach umów cywilno-prawnych, których miesięczne zarobki nie przekraczają wysokości wynagrodzenia, o których mowa w Wytycznych. Poprzez następujące działania: 1. Indywidualne wsparcie UP (IPD) 2. Wsparcie doradcze 3. Szkolenia/kursy udoskonalające 4. Staże zawodowe (dla 22 uczestników) 5. organizacja subsydiowanego zatrudnienia (9 uczestników) Projekt będzie realizował wszystkie zakładane efekty konkursu zarówno wskaźniki rezultatu jak i produktu. Projektodawca gwarantuje udział w projekcie dla byłych uczestników projektów realizowanych w ramach celu tematycznego 9 RPO WSL (9.1, 9.2, 9.3) (Polish)
