The aim of the project is to increase the employment of people who are unemployed in the district of Malborski. 355os (213K, 142M) who are unemployed in Malbork in Malbork with the exclusion of persons before the age of 30 from at least one of the following groups will be supported: persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, persons outside the groups mentioned above (unemployed men aged 30-49), where their share does not exceed 20 % of the total number of persons supported in the projects, immigrants (including persons of Polish origin), returnees. Project participants will be provided with tailored support covering all forms based on in-depth analysis of skills, aptitudes and professional problems (development/update of IPDs) necessary to improve their labour market situation and, consequently, employment. Everyone will have the opportunity to use both services and labour market instruments: the granting of one-off measures for economic activity and individual training will be preceded by professional guidance and by work placements, as well as by means of work placements. As a result, project 160 will find jobs, of which 37 will be self-employed and 8 persons will be qualified. The project complies with Community and national law, including the Law on Employment Promotion, the Law on the Promotion of Employment (...), on State aid. By raising the quality of human capital and promoting entrepreneurship, including the support of local actors for the creation of new jobs, the project is part of the 2012-2019 Strategy for the Economy of Malborski District and the Development Strategy for Malborka’s Development Strategy 2014-2020. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy w powiecie malborskim. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 355os (213K, 142M) pozostających bez pracy zarejestrowanych w PUP w Malborku z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia należące co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, osoby nienależące do grup wskazanych powyżej (bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat), przy czym ich udział nie przekracza 20% ogólnej liczby osób wspartych w projektach, imigranci (w tym osoby polskiego pochodzenia), reemigranci. Uczestnikom projektu zapewnione zostanie zindywidualizowane wsparcie obejmujące wszystkie formy oparte na pogłębionej analizie umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych (opracowanie/aktualizacja IPD) niezbędne do poprawy ich sytuacji na rynku pracy, a w konsekwencji zatrudnienia. Każda osoba będzie miała możliwość skorzystania zarówno z usług, jak i instrumentów rynku pracy: przyznanie jednorazowych środków na działalność gospodarczą i indywidualne szkolenia poprzedzone zostaną poradnictwem zawodowym, a staże oraz zatrudnienie w ramach prac interwencyjnych - pośrednictwem pracy. W efekcie realizacji projektu 160 os. znajdzie zatrudnienie, w tym 37 os. w ramach samozatrudnienia, a 8 osób uzyska kwalifikacje. Projekt jest zgodny z prawem wspólnotowym oraz krajowym, w tym z ustawą PZP, ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia (…), o pomocy publicznej. Poprzez podniesienie jakości kapitału ludzkiego i wspieranie przedsiębiorczości, w tym wsparcie lokalnych podmiotów w tworzeniu nowych miejsc pracy projekt wpisuje się w Strategię Zarządzania Zmianą Gospodarczą dla Powiatu Malborskiego na lata 2012-2019 oraz Strategię Rozwoju MOF Malborka na lata 2014-2020.
