Maintaining a strong and dominant position on the market requires the Entity to constantly seek new solutions, both in the product range and in the field of production organisation. For this reason, the Applicant is planning another development investment with a high degree of innovation. The subject of the project is the launch of a new production facility in the Podlaskie Voivodeship, where innovative work platforms for production machines will be produced. The scope of the investment covers 3 tasks: 1/construction of the facility – production and storage building, 2/purchase of fixed assets – production equipment, internal transport, IT, 3/purchase of intangible assets – CAD/CAM software. The overarching objective of this project is the implementation and commercialisation of innovative links by FUKS in the industrial sector. The following innovations will be implemented: — Product – the Company’s offer will be implemented with an innovative product on a national scale: system of work platforms for production machines for relocation of machinery and work equipment. The product was notified as an invention to the Patent Office: notification No P.432208. The target group to which the product will be directed are manufacturing companies and companies in which automation occurs. — Process – the production process of a system of work platforms for production machines will be innovative. Marketing and organizational. In addition, as a result of the project, the Applicant will introduce eco-innovation and achieve the expected output and result indicators. Wnioskodawca to doświadczony dostawca produktów i usług dla branży przemysłowej. Od wielu lat Spółka zajmuje się projektowaniem, budową maszyn oraz relokacją maszyn i linii produkcyjnych. Utrzymanie silnej i dominującej pozycji na rynku wymaga od Podmiotu ciągłego poszukiwania nowych rozwiązań, zarówno w sferze oferty produktowej, jak i w sferze organizacji produkcji. Z tego też powodu Wnioskodawca planuje kolejną inwestycję rozwojową o wysokim stopniu innowacyjności. Przedmiotem projektu jest uruchomienie nowego zakładu produkcyjnego na terenie Województwa Podlaskiego, w którym produkowane będą innowcyjne platformy robocze pod maszyny produkcyjne. Zakres przedmiotowej inwestycji obejmuje 3 zadania: 1/ budowę obiektu – budynku produkcyjno-magazynowego, 2/ zakup środków trwałych – urządzeń produkcyjnych, transportu wewnętrznego, IT, 3/ zakup wartości niematerialnych i prawnych – oprogramowania CAD/CAM. Celem nadrzędnym przedmiotowego projektu jest wdrożenie i komercjalizacja innowacyjnych rowiązań przez Spółkę FUKS w sektorze przemysłowym. Wdrożone zostaną następujące innowacje: - Produktowa - do oferty Spółki wdrożony zostanie innowacyjny na skalę kraju produkt: system platform roboczych pod maszyny produkcyjne do relokacji maszyn i urządzeń roboczych. Produkt został zgłoszony jako wynalazek do Urzędu Patentowego: nr zgłoszenia P.432208. Grupą docelową, do której skierowany będzie produkt są firmy produkcyjne oraz firmy, w których występuje automatyzacja. - Procesowa - innowacyjny będzie proces produkcji systemu platform roboczych pod maszyny produkcyjne. - Marketingowa i organizacyjna. Ponadto w wyniku realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca wprowadzi ekoinnowacje oraz osiągnie zakładane wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu. Planowany do wdrożenia projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane potrzeby rynku związane z relokacją maszyn i urządzeń.
