The main objective of the project is to improve the transport accessibility of the southern part of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, in particular the Bieszczady National Park region, in road traffic. The implementation of the project will also help to improve communication between the Leskie district and the rest of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, thereby increasing the level of accessibility and communication cohesion of the region. The object of the project is the reconstruction/expansion of Voivodship Road No 895 on the section Solina – Myczków from km 10+ 086.70 to km 16 + 215.51. The scope of the investment includes in particular: – reconstruction/extension of a section of the provincial road with a total length of 6.13 km, – extension/reconstruction of 2 intersections with minor roads together with the replacement of the surface of the minor roads within the intersections,- the extension of the bridge structure on the San River (most M1), the construction of a small bridge over the stream without a name (bridge M2), construction/reconstruction of 5 culverts,- construction and reconstruction of pavements,- reconstruction of four bus bays, extension of the bus bay (loop) including designation of the location of 3 bus stops – reconstruction of an existing parking lot,- reconstruction/construction of exits, – drainage of the road,- making security of landslides to the extent necessary,- strengthening the shores and bottoms of watercourses to the required extent,- strengthening the slopes,- rebuilding/protection of the network of armaments of the area conflicting with the rebuilt/extended regional road,- reconstruction/construction of street lighting,- construction of technological channel,- construction of environmental protection devices within the scope indicated in the environmental decision,- execution of vertical and horizontal markings and road safety devices.- construction/reconstruction of technical equipment of the road,- other works of a preparatory, auxiliary and orderly nature.Basic parameters of the road covered by this investment: road class: Z for reconstruction and G for extension, traffic category KR3, permissible load of vehicles – 115 kN/axle. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności transportowej południowej części województwa podkarpackiego, w szczególności regionu Bieszczadzkiego Parku Narodowego, w ruchu drogowym. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia pozwoli również na poprawę skomunikowania powiatu leskiego z pozostałą częścią województwa podkarpackiego, a tym samym podniesie poziom dostępności i spójności komunikacyjnej regionu. Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa/rozbudowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 895 na odcinku Solina – Myczków od km 10+086.70 do km 16+215.51. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje przede wszystkim:- przebudowę / rozbudowę odcinka drogi wojewódzkiej o łącznej długości 6,13 km,- rozbudowę / przebudowę 2 skrzyżowań z drogami podrzędnymi wraz z wymianą nawierzchni dróg podrzędnych w obrębie skrzyżowań,- rozbudowę obiektu mostowego na rzece San (most M1), budowę małego obiektu mostowego nad potokiem bez nazwy (most M2),- budowę / przebudowę 5 przepustów,- budowę i przebudowę chodników,- przebudowę czterech zatok autobusowych, rozbudowę zatoki autobusowej (pętli) wraz z wyznaczeniem lokalizacji 3 przystanków autobusowych- przebudowę istniejącego parkingu,- przebudowę/budowę zjazdów, - wykonanie odwodnienia drogi,- wykonanie zabezpieczenia osuwisk w niezbędnym zakresie,- umocnienie brzegów i dna cieków wodnych w wymaganym zakresie,- umocnienie skarp,- przebudowę / zabezpieczenie sieci uzbrojenia terenu kolidujących z przebudowywaną/ rozbudowywaną drogą wojewódzką,- przebudowę/budowę oświetlenia ulicznego,- budowę kanału technologicznego,- budowę urządzeń ochrony środowiska w zakresie wskazanym w decyzji środowiskowej,- wykonanie oznakowania pionowego i poziomego oraz urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego.- budowę/przebudowę wyposażenia technicznego drogi,- inne prace o charakterze przygotowawczym, pomocniczym i porządkującym.Podstawowe parametry drogi objętej niniejszą inwestycją: klasa drogi: Z dla przebudowy i G dla rozbudowy, kategoria ruchu KR3, dopuszczalne obciążenie pojazdów – 115 kN/oś.
