The aim of the project is to increase the quality of general education in the three schools run by STO, based on a needs diagnosis (drawn up by teachers of primary school, secondary school and secondary school, and school teacher, the diagnosis was signed by the head of the school team and the president of the Słupsk standing section on the 28.08.2015th day) in accordance with the regional framework for comprehensive support for schools, for the period from 1 August 2016 to 31 July 2018. Specific objectives of the project: — shaping and developing the pupils’ key competences necessary for the labour market — the strengthening of teachers’ professional competences in the use of new teaching methods in shaping the key competences necessary for the labour market and for attitudes and skills, carrying out educational and vocational training, and preparing for the individualisation of work process with female students with special educational needs and learners — equipping/equipping/providing the teaching background for the schools: • Training/workshops for teachers and legal carers; • The provision of additional extra-curricular activities in key competences, compensatory and compensatory activities, collective education and training advice, activities that complement the provision of teaching for the individualisation of work with learners with special needs, the organisation of interests circles; • Trains of the Słupsk Cultural Centre, which is a project partner, and the purchase of equipment for the educational base of schools in connection with their activities.     Projekt skierowany jest do 265 uczniów słupskich szkół: podstawowej, gimnazjum i liceum prowadzonych przez Społeczne Towarzystwo Oświatowe Koło Terenowe nr 68 w Słupsku, woj.pomorskie, do 40 nauczycieli, w tym 32 kobiety ww. szkół i 20 opiekunów prawnych dzieci uczęszczających do ww. szkół, w tym 12 kobiet. Celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości edukacji ogólnej w trzech słupskich szkołach prowadzonych przez STO, realizowane w oparciu o diagnozę potrzeb (sporządzona przez nauczycieli szkoły podstawowej, gimnazjum i szkoły ponadpodstawowej STO i pedagoga szkolnego, diagnoza została podpisana przez dyrektora zespołu szkół i prezesa słupskiego oddziału STO dnia 28.08.2015 r.) zgodnie z regionalnymi ramami kompleksowego wspomagania szkół, w okresie od 1 sierpnia 2016 r. do 31 lipca 2018 r.. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: - kształtowanie i rozwijanie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy - doskonalenie kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli w zakresie stosowania nowych metod nauczania w kształtowaniu kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz postaw i umiejętności, prowadzenia doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego, a także przygotowania do prowadzenia procesu indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz uczniem młodszym - wyposażenie/doposażenie bazy dydaktycznej szkół Działania: • Przeprowadzenie szkoleń/warsztatów dla nauczycieli i opiekunów prawnych uczniów/uczennic; • Przeprowadzenie dodatkowych zajęć pozalekcyjnych z zakresu kształtowania kompetencji kluczowych, zajęć kompensacyjno-wyrównawczych, grupowego doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego, zajęć uzupełniających ofertę nauczania w zakresie indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi, organizację kółek zainteresowań; • Przeprowadzenie przez instruktorów Słupskiego Ośrodka Kultury, który jest partnerem w projekcie, zajęć z zakresu artterapii • Zakup wyposażenia bazy dydaktycznej szkół w powiązaniu z prowadzonymi zajęciami.
