The project concerns the extension of the Municipal Office in Ustrzyki Dolne through the construction of segment B in a passive standard. The main objective of the project is to decarbonise dust in the city of Ustrzyki Dolne through the efficiency of the use of energy resources. The project plans to:-prepare the site for construction by demolishing the existing building together with the transformation of the necessary networks,- earthworks within new foundations, ground heat exchanger, field stairs and parking lots,-construction and construction works for the construction of a complete building,-connection and installation of the necessary installations and equipment for environmental protection, using technical solutions such as: linking the heat source (ground heat pump) to a renewable source of electricity, installation of RES installations, installation of charging points for electric vehicles,- construction and assembly finishing works using solutions to adapt the building to passive standards such as: use of shading devices and cooling systems in the summer time, automatic control of the temperature in individual rooms, real-time monitoring of heat and electricity consumption and presentation of results on the website, the use of energy-efficient lighting. The draft also provides for: building equipment, investor supervision, quality control mechanisms, promotion. The effects of the project will be visible mainly in the environmental sphere. The project is, by all means, justified and necessary, will intensify activities in the field of the dissemination of passive construction and increase energy production from RES, which will improve the quality of atmospheric air and will enable the achievement of the objectives set out in the Low Carbon Economy Plan for the City and Municipality of Ustrzyki Dolne. Projekt dotyczy rozbudowy Urzędu Miejskiego w Ustrzykach Dolnych poprzez budowę segmentu B w standardzie pasywnym. Głównym celem projektu jest obniżenie emisyjności pyłów w mieście Ustrzyki Dolne poprzez efektywność wykorzystania zasobów energetycznych. W ramach projektu planuje się :-przygotowanie terenu pod budowę poprzez rozbiórkę istniejącego budynku wraz z przełożeniem niezbędnych sieci,- roboty ziemne w obrębie nowych fundamentów, gruntowego wymiennika ciepła, schodów terenowych i parkingów,-roboty konstrukcyjne i budowlane w zakresie wznoszenia kompletnego budynku,-podłączenie i montaż niezbędnych instalacji i urządzeń służących ochronie środowiska, z zastosowaniem rozwiązań technicznych takich jak: powiązanie źródła ciepła (gruntowa pompa ciepła) z odnawialnym źródłem energii elektrycznej, wykonanie instalacji OZE, montaż punktów ładowania pojazdów elektrycznych,- budowlano-montażowe roboty wykończeniowe z zastosowaniem rozwiązań służących dostosowaniu budynku do standardów pasywnych takich jak: zastosowanie urządzeń zacieniających i systemów chłodzenia w porze letniej, automatyczne sterowanie temperatura w poszczególnych pomieszczeniach, monitorowanie zużycia energii cieplnej i elektrycznej w czasie rzeczywistym i prezentacja wyników na stronie internetowej, zastosowanie energooszczędnego oświetlenia. Projekt przewiduje też: wyposażenie budynku, nadzór inwestorki, przeprowadzenie mechanizmów kontroli jakości, promocję. Efekty realizacji projektu będą widoczne głównie w sferze środowiskowej. Projekt jest ze wszech miar uzasadniony i konieczny, spowoduje zintensyfikowanie działań w zakresie rozpowszechniania budownictwa pasywnego oraz wzrostu produkcji energii z OZE, co wpłynie na poprawę jakości powietrza atmosferycznego oraz pozwoli na realizację celów określonych w Planie Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Miasta i Gminy Ustrzyki Dolne.
