Projekt dotyczy termomodernizacji budynku mieszczącego się przy ul.Wiejskiej w Rzędkowicach (gmina Włodowice). W budynku znajdują się 4 mieszkania komunalne oraz lokale użytkowe spełniające funkcje użyteczności publicznej - wszystkie pomieszczenia stanowią zasób Gminy. W szczególności zakres prac obejmuje: 1. Koszty kwalifikowane w zakresie: - docieplenia ścian kondygnacji nadziemnych, - docieplenia stropodachu (nad przejazdem, strychem, piwnicą, stropu nad pomieszczeniami obok strychu) - wymiany stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej (wraz z podokiennikami - odtworzenie), - modernizacji instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, - wymiany istniejącego, węglowego źródła ciepła na kocioł kondensacyjny na biomasę, - wymiana orynnowania jako odtworzenie. 2.
