    Celem projektu jest wzrost jakości kształcenia na poziomie ogólnym realizowanego przez Szkołę Podstawową w Miłobądzu, Szkołę Podstawową w Lubiszewie, Szkołę Podstawową w Turzu, Szkołę Podstawową w Swarożynie oraz Gimnazjum w Swarożynie i Gimnazjum w Dąbrówce, poprzez wdrożenie w okresie od 01.09.2016 r. do 31.07.2018 r. kompleksowego programu rozwojowego obejmującego kształtowanie i rozwijanie u 795 uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 110 nauczycieli oraz doposażenie ww.
