The project aims to improve students’ key competences necessary on the labour market, support and individual approach to students with special educational needs, and to improve competences and develop the skills of pedagogical staff of schools taking part in the project. 2 target groups are supported:1 primary school students taking part in 180 students, including students with special educational and development needs2, teaching staff of schools taking part in the project, raising their qualifications 20 teachersThe main tasks in the project are:1 recruitment of participants, individual diagnosis and assignment of pupils to the appropriate types of classes, organisation of additional classes,2 conducting a tender procedure for the purchase of equipment for school studios and retrofitting the existing 1 inter-school workshop with an ICT tool and necessary teaching aids in the field of nature, biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Geography,3 Recruitment of teachers for postgraduate workshops and their organisation,Main results: 1 existing interschool studio, equipping other laboratories and equipping the sensory room2 to improve students’ knowledge and skills in compensating classes in 85 students, verification on the basis of attendance lists of 1740 hours of classes3 support students with special educational and development needs 75 students over 40 students in the project 3120 hours.4 completion of workshops by 17 teachers verification on the document the certificate of completion of the course, training, Diploma, Certificate,Project Modern School The key to the success of students in Wojnicz Municipality assumes the achievement of goals in a way that meets all the needs of our students and reflects their real needs. Projekt ma na celu podniesienie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, wsparcie i indywidualne podejście do uczniów o szczególnych potrzebach edukacyjnych oraz podniesienie kompetencji i rozwój umiejętności kadry pedagogicznej szkół biorących udział w projekcie.
