The leader of the project will be NiepołomiceCommune of the Schools of the Holy Father John Paul II and the Partner Renata Mamroł Center for the Development of Education. The partner was selected in accordance with Article 33 of the Act of 11 VII 2014. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 120 students in vocational schools in the electrical electronics and information industry from 1 September 2019 of the INF ICT industry by adapting education and training to the needs of the labour market and thus increasing the effectiveness of vocational education. The project involves the development of the established CKZ Electrical and Electronic Industry E in the ZS as part of project RPMP.10.02.011202316; provision of vocational courses and trainings, internships, professional visits, scholarships for talented students, support for vocational education teachers. Implementation of the project will allow for: equipping the existing CCI with specialised technical equipment to acquire knowledge, skills by 120 UP through participation in courses and trainings acquisition of professional experience by 45 UP support for educational development of the UP by awarding scholarships for 10 people in each school year 30 scholarship agreements organising 4 professional trips to IT companies increasing the potential of teaching staff by participating in training courses of 3 teachers in total 9 training courses. All students and teachers will receive a high-quality, personalised, comprehensive offer of support in line with the expectations of the regional economy. A complementary action affecting the achievement of the project’s objective will be to increase the potential of the ZS by retrofitting the CPC with high-quality technical equipment. Projekt: Rozwój CKZ branży elektrycznoelektronicznej realizowany będzie w 3 lat szk. VII 20IX 23. Liderem Projektu będzie Gmina NiepołomiceZespół Szkół Ojca Świętego Jana Pawła II a Partnerem Renata Mamroł Centrum Rozwoju Edukacji. Wyboru partnera dokonano zgodnie z zapisami art. 33 ustawy z dnia 11 VII 2014 r. . Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie 120 uczniów kształcących się w szkołach zawodowych branży elektrycznoelektronicznejinformatycznej od 1 IX 2019 r. branży teleinformatycznej INF poprzez dostosowanie kształcenia i szkolenia do potrzeb rynku pracy a przez to podniesienie efektywności kształcenia zawodowego. Projekt zakłada rozwój utworzonego CKZ Branży ElektrycznoElektronicznej E w ZS w ramach projektu RPMP.10.02.011202316; realizację kursów i szkoleń zawodowych, staży zawodowych, wizyt zawodoznawczych, pomocy stypendialnej dla uczniów zdolnych, wsparcia nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na: doposażenie istniejącego CKZ w specjalistyczny sprzęt techniczny zdobycie wiedzy, umiejętności przez 120 UP poprzez uczestnictwo w kursach i szkoleniach nabycie doświadczenia zawodowego przez 45 UP wsparcie rozwoju edukacyjno zawodowego UP poprzez przyznanie stypendiów dla 10 osób w każdym roku szkolnym 30 umów stypendialnych zorganizowanie 4 wycieczek zawodoznawczych do firm branży IT zwiększenie potencjału kadry dydaktycznej poprzez udział w szkoleniachkursach 3 nauczycieli łącznie 9 szkoleń. Wszyscy UP zarówno uczniowie jak i nauczyciele otrzymają wysokiej jakości zindywidualizowaną kompleksową ofertę wsparcia zgodnie z oczekiwaniami regionalnej gospodarki. Uzupełniającym działaniem mającym wpływ na realizacje celu projektu będzie zwiększenie potencjału ZS poprzez doposażenie CKZ w wysokiej jakości sprzęt techniczny. Wszystkie określone wnioskiem o dofinansowanie formy wsparcia wynikają z przeprowadzonej diagnozy ZS zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący dnia 10.05.19. (Polish)
