The aim of the project is to increase the employability of students and students of vocational schools from the Małopolska Voivodeship, including in particular students and students of the ZSG through greater involvement of entrepreneurs in the process of vocational training and the organisation of 70 internships with their participation, adaptation of equipment to the realities of the labour market, preparation of courses and trainings for 300 students within the framework of the Vocational Competence Centre, of which 140 pupils and students will obtain qualifications as part of out-of-school forms of education during the period, organisation of preparatory classes for the Matura in total from the beginning of February 2020 to the end of September 2023. As part of the project, the Centre of Vocational Competence in the leading industry will operate: electrical and complementary administrative services located in a rural municipality, allowing for the support of a large group of students interested in participating in the project. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na rynku pracy uczniów i uczennic szkół zawodowych z terenu Województwa Małopolskiego w tym szczególnie uczniów i uczennic ZSG poprzez pełniejsze zaangażowanie przedsiębiorców w proces kształcenia zawodowego i organizację z ich udziałem 70 staży zawodowych, dostosowanie wyposażenia do realiów rynku pracy, przygotowanie kursów i szkoleń dla 300 uczniów i uczennic w ramach Centrum Kompetencji Zawodowej, spośród których 140 uczniów i uczennic uzyska kwalifikacje w ramach pozaszkolnych form kształcenia w okresie, organizacje zajęć przygotowawczych do matury łącznie od początku lutego 2020 do końca września 2023 roku. W ramach projektu funkcjonować będzie Centrum Kompetencji Zawodowych w branży wiodącej: elektrycznoelektronicznej i uzupełniającej administracyjnousługowej położone na terenie gminy wiejskiej i pozwalające na objęcie wsparciem licznej grupy zainteresowanych udziałem w projekcie uczniów i uczennic.
