The implementation of the project aims to further strengthen the capacity of the Intermediate Body, which will result in efficient, transparent and effective implementation of the tasks entrusted under the 2014-2020 ROP MIP and support the various stages of implementation. The project will finance activities related, inter alia, to the Project Evaluation Committee, expert and legal support, appeal procedure, control of projects implemented by beneficiaries and monitoring of their sustainability and recovery of EU funds. In addition, the project foresees the costs of the participation of employees as experts in the scope of the support offered by the unit in the information activities and the exchange of experience carried out by the Małopolskie Voivodeship. In order to properly carry out the tasks entrusted, it is necessary to recruit a sufficient number of people and to finance various forms of training, due to the need to constantly improve professional qualifications. In addition, organisational, technical and administrative costs must be borne mainly in order to ensure full logistical and IT service of the unit, which in turn will ensure the proper implementation of the measures delegated to the unit for the implementation of the ROP PP 2014-2020. Realizacja projektu ma za zadanie dalsze wzmacnianie potencjału Instytucji Pośredniczącej, którego rezultatem będzie sprawne, przejrzyste i efektywne wdrażanie powierzonych zadań w ramach RPO WM 2014-2020 oraz wsparcie poszczególnych etapów wdrażania. W ramach projektu sfinansowane zostaną działania związane m. in. z obsługą Komitetu Oceny Projektów, wsparciem eksperckim i prawnym, procedurą odwoławczą, kontrolą projektów realizowanych przez beneficjentów oraz monitoringiem ich trwałości a także odzyskiwaniem środków UE. Ponadto w projekcie przewidziano koszty udziału pracowników jako ekspertów w zakresie oferowanego przez jednostkę wsparcia w działaniach informacyjnych oraz wymianie doświadczeń prowadzonej przez Województwo Małopolskie. W celu prawidłowego realizowania powierzonych działań niezbędne jest zatrudnienie odpowiedniej liczby osób oraz finansowanie różnych form szkoleń, ze względu na konieczność stałego podnoszenia kwalifikacji zawodowych. Ponadto niezbędne jest poniesienie kosztów organizacyjnych, technicznych i administracyjnych głównie w celu zagwarantowania pełnej obsługi logistyczno-informatycznej jednostki, co z kolei zapewni prawidłową realizację przekazanych jednostce do wdrożenia działań w ramach RPO WM 2014-2020.
