Działania projektowe skierowane będą do 224 uczniów 15 szkół zawodowych Powiatu Oleskiego. Planowane działania zakładają: 1. Kursy kompetencyjne i kwalifikacyjne dla uczniów wszystkich szkół biorących udział w projekcie umożliwiające nabycie kompetencji lub kwalifikacji. 2. Staże zawodowe realizowane u pracodawców, umożliwiające podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych przez uczniów. 3. Zajęcia pozalekcyjne oraz doradztwo zawodowe podnoszące kompetencje zawodowe/kluczowe oraz umiejętności uniwersalne na rynku pracy. 4. Doposażenie pracowni zawodowych w nowoczesne narzędzia/pomoce dydaktyczne, przyczyniające się do poprawy efektywności nauczania. (Polish)
