The aim of the project is to develop a new product in the form of an innovative assembly and welding line for the production of frames of rolling rail carriages and its production technology through the implementation of research and development. The objective pursued is that, according to the current state of affairs, there is a very low take-up of dedicated production and automation equipment in the rail vehicle industry, as a result of the specificity of this sector. The implementation of small, large-scale production, including the need to take into account several hundred welded elements and subassemblies, is a very demanding construction task, which determines new functional solutions. The scope of the tests includes laboratory tests (both computer simulation and actual component manufacturing) and actual (prototypical manufacturing process and operational testing). The research team will be composed of experts, executive staff and a scientific unit. (English)

    Celem projektu jest opracowanie nowego produktu w postaci innowacyjnej linii montażowo-spawalniczej do produkcji ram wózków kolejowych tocznych oraz technologii jej produkcji poprzez realizację prac badawczo-rozwojowych. Założony cel wynika z faktu, iż zgodnie ze stanem aktualnym, w ramach branży produkcji pojazdów szynowych występuje bardzo niski stopień wykorzystania dedykowanych urządzeń produkcyjnych i automatyzacji, będący wynikiem specyfiki tego sektora. Realizacja produkcji małoseryjnej, wielkogabarytowej, obejmującej konieczność uwzględnienia kilkuset elementów naspawywanych i podzespołów stanowi bardzo wymagające zadanie konstrukcyjne, warunkujące nowe rozwiązania funkcjonalne. Zakres badań obejmuje badania laboratoryjne (zarówno w warunkach symulacji komputerowych jak i faktyczne wykonawstwo podzespołów) oraz rzeczywiste (prototypowy proces produkcyjny i testowanie w warunkach operacyjnych). W skład zespołu badawczego wejdą eksperci, personel wykonawczy i jednostka naukowa. (Polish)
