The subject of the project is the deep thermomodernisation of the building of the MOSiR Sports and Video Hall (Hala W-S) located at ul. Sports 2 and stadium building at ul. Sports 7 in Czeladz (BOS): a) Outside wall warming. (including replacement of facades in the part of Hall W-S made of sandwich panels), (b) warming of floors and ceilings of the arcades, c) partial reduction of window openings, d) replacement of door and window joinery, e) modernisation of heating systems with heat source, f) installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (for the W-S Hall building), g) modernisation of the preparation system of hot water with installation of solar collectors, h) replacement of outdated lighting fixtures with new LEDs (for: Hall W-S). The project concerns two buildings with a total usable area of 4342.48 m², leading to an increase in energy efficiency by approx. 71,66 % and contributes to CO2 emission reductions from 422,363 t/year to 153,803 t/year, i.e. by 268,56 t/year (63.59 %). Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja budynku Hali Widowiskowo-Sportowej MOSiR (Hala W-S) zlokalizowanej przy ul. Sportowej 2 oraz budynku stadionu przy ul. Sportowej 7 w Czeladzi (BOS): a) ocieplenie ścian zewn. (w tym wymiana elewacji w części Hali W-S wykonanej z płyt warstwowych), b) docieplenie stropodachów oraz stropów podcieni, c) częściowe zmniejszenie otworów okiennych, d) wymiana stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej, e) modernizacja systemów grzewczych wraz ze źródłem ciepła, f) montaż wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła (dot. budynku Hali W-S), g) modernizacja systemu przygotowania c.w.u. wraz z montażem kolektorów słonecznych, h) wymiana przestarzałych opraw oświetleniowych na nowe LED (dot. Hali W-S). Projekt, dotyczy dwóch obiektów o łącznej powierzchni użytkowej 4342,48 m2, prowadzi do zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej o ok. 71,66% i przyczynia się do redukcji emisji CO2, z poziomu 422,363 t/rok do poziomu 153,803 t/rok, tj. o 268,56 t/rok (63,59%).
