The implementation of this project will consist of the construction of a production hall and the purchase of an innovative line adapted to the needs of the Applicant and its customers, allowing for the implementation of technological and non-technological innovations.The purchases will include: — automatic spring production machine – line of foam cutting machines with the possibility of optimisation of cuttings – line for production of mattress insert with automatic glue application – multi-needle quilting machine with automatic edge cutting – machine for the production of sides of the mattress cover. These devices will create a modern production line responsible for creating groups of mattresses and sleeping systems with an automatic cartridge, allowing for smooth adjustment of hardness zones, taking into account the anthropometric differences of people. Among the results of the project will be the possibility to enter new markets, increase exports, increase employment, improve health and safety at work, increase the use of ICT and reduce waste. Realizacja niniejszego projektu polegać będzie na budowie hali produkcyjnej oraz zakupie innowacyjnej,dostosowanej do potrzeb Wnioskodawcy i jego klientów linii technologicznej,pozwalającej na wdrożenie innowacji technologicznych i nietechnologicznej.Zakupy obejmą: - automatyczną maszynę do produkcji sprężyn - linię maszyn do rozkroju pianek z możliwością optymalizacji wykrojów - linię do produkcji wkładu materacowego z automatycznym nakładaniem kleju - pikowarkę wieloigłową z automatycznym obszywaniem krawędzi - maszynę do produkcji boków pokrowca materaca. Wymienione urządzenia stworzą nowoczesną linię produkcyjną,odpowiedzialną za wytworzenie grup materacy oraz systemów spania z automatycznym wkładem,pozwalającym na płynne regulowanie stref twardości,uwzględniających różnice antropometryczne osób. Wśród rezultatów projektu znajdą się m.in.:możliwość wejścia na nowe rynki,zwiększenie eksportu,wzrost zatrudnienia,poprawa BHP,wzrost wykorzystania TIK czy zmniejszenie odpadowości. (Polish)
