The project will implement all the schools in the municipality of Miradradz: ZSMP in Miłradu (Gimpasocium and SP) and SP in Kończice. The students live in rural areas, most of them after PGR-skie with high unemployment, which poses a threat to their early disappearance from the education system. The project is aimed at 125 students of Gimn rural (including 2persons with disabilities). The aim of the project is to support the students of Gimnazjum in the area of individual and group education, to ensure that they have chosen a secondary school and a future occupation in relation to the labour market. The following shall be used: 1. To raise students’ awareness of the professions they want on the local labour market and their individual educational and professional career with a minimum of 90 % of the workforce. 2. Improving knowledge and skills for successful educational and professional choices with regard to labour market needs and self-employment and entrepreneurship in the creation of a minimum of 90 % of participants. Actions: 1. The establishment of an “School Information Point” (SPInKa), where it will be carried out by means of an oral and professional counselling (the ‘IPEZ’). 2. Group activities. 3. Mission: workplace, School Fair, Technical University. Results: the establishment of SPInKa and better career planning by students in relation to the needs of the labour market. The project is aimed at 135 students (including 4persons with disabilities): The aim is to support students in the field of natural and mathematical articles. The aim is to increase the results of the Check-up in the foreman area of SP Kończice and Nature in SP Miłradz. As part of the project, we plan to train teachers: 2: post-graduate studies and training in ind.dor.falter. 7: teaching methods based on an experiment. In the framework of the project we are planning to set up and equip a staff at szkolnych:chemicznej in ZS Miloradz and zealiomathematical in SP in Kończice. (English) | |||

Projekt będą realizowały wszystkie szkoły w Gminie Miłoradz: ZSiP w Miłoradzu (Gimnazjum i SP) oraz SP w Kończewicach. Uczniowie zamieszkują tereny wiejskie, w większości po PGR-owskie z wysokim bezrobociem, co stwarza zagrożenie wcześniejszego ich wypadnięcia z systemu edukacji. Projekt jest skierowany do 125 uczniów Gimn. wiejskiego (w tym 2os. niepełnosprawne). Celem projektu jest wsparcie uczniów Gimnazjum w obszarze indywidualnego i grupowego doradztwa eduk.-zawod., aby świadomiej i racjonalniej w odniesieniu do rynku pracy wybierali szkołę średnią i przyszły zawód. Cele szcz.: 1. Zwiększenie wiedzy uczniów na temat zawodów pożądanych na lokalnym rynku pracy i swojej indywidualnej ścieżki edukacyjno-zawodowej u min. 90% ucz. 2. Podniesienie wiedzy i umiejętności w dokonywaniu trafnych wyborów edukacyjnych i zawodowych w odniesieniu do zapotrzebowania rynku pracy oraz w obszarze samoinicjatywy i przedsiębiorczości w kreowaniu własnej kariery zawodowej przez minimum 90% uczestników. Działania: 1. Utworzenie Szkolnego Punktu Informacji i Kariery (SPInKa), gdzie będzie realizowane ind. doradztwo ed.-zawodowe (Indywidualny Profil Edukacyjno-Zawodowy - IPEZ). 2. Zajęcia grupowe. 3. Wyjazdy: zakł.pracy, targi szkół, Politechnika. Efekty: utworzenie SPInKa i lepsze planowanie kariery ed.-zaw. przez uczniów w odniesieniu do zapotrzebowania lok. rynku pracy. Projekt jest skierowany do 135 uczniów SP (w tym 4os. niepełnosprawne): Celem jest wsparcie uczniów SP w obszarze przedmiotów przyrodniczych i matematycznych. Celem szcz. jest podniesienie wyników sprawdzianu w obszarze przedm. mat-przyr. w SP Kończewice i przyrod. w SP Miłoradz. W ramach projektu planujemy doszkolić nauczycieli: 2 os.: studia podyplomowe i szkolenie z ind.dor.zawod. 7 os.: metody nauczania oparte na eksperymencie. W ramach projektu planujemy stworzenie i wyposażenie pracowni szkolnych:chemicznej w ZS Miłoradz i przyrodniczo-matematycznej w SP w Kończewicach. (Polish)
