PARTICIPANTS: The participants of the project will be students and teachers of the Vocational School Complex No. 2 in Ostrołęka and Primary School No. 4 in Ostrołęka. TASKS: — classes improving key competences, university skills and incl. skills courses, – equipping the school with modern teaching equipment, – completing internships with employers improving experience, – training and internships for teachers, – creation of an Information and Career Point. EFFECTS: 1.Number of pupils taking part in traineeships with the employer: 60 people (K26) 2.L. students from ZSZ No. 2 who took part in the programme: 100 people. (K44) 3.L. students from SP 4 who took part in the programme: 30 people (K15) 4.L. students supported in the development of key and universal competences: 100 people. (K44) 5.L. persons receiving professional advice under the programme: 130 people (K59) 6.L. schools and vocational training establishments using retrofits purchased through the ESF: 1 7.L.. of teachers supported in the project: 8 people (K4). CEL GŁÓWNY: zwiększenie szans zatrudnienia 100 uczniów ZSZ nr 2 w Ostrołęce (w tym 44 kobiet) i 30 uczniów SP nr 4 w Ostrołęce (w tym 15 kobiet), poprzez podnoszenie umiejętności i kompetencji niezbędnych na rynku pracy (szkolenia, doradztwo zaw. i staże), a także podniesienie kwalifikacji i kompetencji 8 nauczycieli zawodu, w tym 4 kobiet, poprzez szkolenia oraz dostosowanie kształcenia zawodowego do potrzeb rynku pracy oraz poprzez doposażenie ZSZ nr 2 w Ostrołęce i SP nr 4 w nowoczesny sprzęt dydaktyczny i materiały dydaktyczne, w terminie od 01.09.2020 do 31.08.2023. UCZESTNICY: Uczestnikami projektu będą uczniowie i nauczyciele Zespołu Szkół Zawodowych nr 2 w Ostrołęce oraz Szkoły Podstawowej nr 4 w Ostrołęce. ZADANIA: - zajęcia podnoszące kompetencje kluczowe, umiejętności uniwer. oraz kursy umiejętności zaw., - doposażeniu szkoły w nowoczesny sprzęt dyd., - zrealizowanie staży u pracodawców podnoszących doświadczenie, - szkolenia i staże dla nauczycieli, - tworzenie Punktu Informacji i Kariery. EFEKTY: 1.Liczba uczniów uczestniczących w stażach u pracodawcy: 60 os. (K26) 2.L. uczniów z ZSZ nr 2, którzy wzięli udział w programie: 100 os. (K44) 3.L. uczniów z SP nr 4, którzy wzięli udział w programie: 30 os. (K15) 4.L. uczniów objętych wsparciem w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych i uniwersalnych: 100 os. (K44) 5.L. osób objętych doradztwem zawodowym w ramach programu: 130 os.
