The project concerns the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 0,999 MW on plot No 1392/1 within the municipality of Borka. The applicant has the right to property on which the farm will be built on land owned by the Applicant. The power plant will consist of high-performance photovoltaic panels (3568 pcs with a power of 280 W, assuming a high minimum module efficiency of 18 %) installed on frames made of galvanised steel and aluminium with a 25° gradient, connected to inverters with an efficiency of at least 98 %, nn/SN stations. The farm will be equipped with equipment and systems for continuous monitoring of its operation, using the farm to produce energy and ensuring monitoring of possible damage. The above is detailed in the technical design and cost estimate. Due to the location of the farm (one of the most sunny regions in the country) and the advanced technology, the planned power plant will be able to produce a total of around 1090 MWh of electricity per year. The generated electr. will be supplied to the power grid SN 15 kV via a transformer station nn/SN. The estimated lifetime of the farm is 25 years. The technology used meets the EU ecological criteria and standards set out in the PKN President’s Notice on the list of harmonised standards. The project will be implemented in the second half of 2021. As of the date of submission of the application, the Applicant has all formal and legal documents and own contribution security, there is no risk of the project not being implemented for reasons beyond the Applicant’s control. The project will be implemented on the basis of indirect payment applications. The project will result in a reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. The project will have a positive impact on the following recipients: — applicant, – electricity consumers. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Farma będzie wyposażona w urządzenia i systemy do ciągłego monitoringu jej pracy maksymalnie wykorzystując farmę do produkcji energii oraz zapewniając monitoring ewentualnych uszkodzeń. Wytworzona energia elektr. będzie dostarczana do sieci energetycznej SN 15 kV poprzez stację transformatorową nn/SN. Przewidywany czas eksploatacji farmy to 25 lat. Zastosowana technologia spełnia kryteria i normy ekologiczne UE określone w obwieszczeniach Prezesa PKN w sprawie wykazu norm zharmonizowanych. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi zmniejszenie emisji CO2 do atmosfery. Projekt będzie miał pozytywny wpływ na następujących odbiorców: - wnioskodawca, - odbiorcy energii elektrycznej. (Polish)
