The implementation of this project is the result of the Applicant’s diagnosis of needs and expectations. The main objective of the project is the social and professional activation of 45 families (including 90 adults and 90 children) at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the districts of Mławskie and Przasnyski who receive social assistance benefits in accordance with the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance or eligible for social assistance, i.e. satisfying at least one of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance in the period 01.11.2020-31.10.2022. Specific objectives: 1) Acquiring social competence 180 people. (90 adults and 90 children, including 90M and 90K), i.e. 45 families at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the Mława and Przasnyk districts thanks to the diagnosis of individual needs and specialist counselling (e.g.: psychological, pedagogical, coaching) until 31.10.2022. 2) Acquisition/increase of professional competence for at least 65 people from 90UPs – family members at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the territory of the districts of Mławski and Przasnyski who are unemployed, thanks to the organisation of vocational courses and trainings, job placement and career counselling until 31.10.2022. 3) Increase the awareness of parents in caring and educational functions and improving the functioning of the family system among 45 families (including 90 adults and 90 children) through participation in workshops until 31.10.2022. The project was developed jointly by the Project Leader and Partner. By bringing organizational, technical and human resources to the project, the partner will increase opportunities to improve the quality of the activities planned in the project. The Leader and the Partner have signed an initial agreement on the implementation of the project, setting out the rights and obligations of each of the parties. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Realizacja przedmiotowego Projektu, wynika z przeprowadzonej przez Wnioskodawcę diagnozy potrzeb i oczekiwań. Głównym celem projektu jest aktywizacja społeczna i zawodowa 45 rodzin (w tym 90 osób dorosłych oraz 90 dzieci) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu powiatu mławskiego i przasnyskiego korzystających ze świadczeń z pomocy społecznej zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 12 marca 2004 r. o pomocy społecznej lub kwalifikujące się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społecznej, tj. spełniające co najmniej jedną z przesłanek określonych w art. 7 ustawy z dnia 12 marca 2004r. o pomocy społecznej w okresie 01.11.2020- 31.10.2022. Cele szczegółowe: 1) Uzyskanie kompetencji społecznych 180 os. (90 osób dorosłych oraz 90 dzieci, w tym 90M i 90K), tj. 45 rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu powiatu mławskiego i przasnyskiego dzięki przeprowadzeniu diagnozy indywidualnych potrzeb i poradnictwu specjalistycznemu (m.in.: psychologicznemu, pedagogicznemu, coachingowi) do 31.10.2022. 2) Uzyskanie/ podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych u min. 65 osób z 90UP - członków rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu powiatu mławskiego i przasnyskiego pozostających bez zatrudnienia, dzięki organizacji kursów i szkoleń zawodowych, pośrednictwa pracy i doradztwa zawodowego do 31.10.2022. 3) Wzrost świadomości rodziców w pełnieniu funkcji opiekuńczo–wychowawczych oraz poprawy funkcjonowania systemu rodzinnego wśród 45 rodzin (w tym 90 osób dorosłych oraz 90 dzieci) poprzez udział w zajęciach warsztatowych do 31.10.2022. Projekt został opracowany wspólnie przez Lidera i Partnera projektu. Partner wnosząc do projektu w szczególności zasoby organizacyjne, techniczne i ludzkie, zwiększy możliwości podniesienia jakości działań zaplanowanych w projekcie. Lider i Partner podpisali wstępne Porozumienie dot. realizacji przedmiotowego projektu określającej prawa i obowiązki każdej ze stron. (Polish)
