This is about stacker and uncoiling, as a product base for implementation by customers in various industries. In order to be able to implement prototypes and to be ready for deployment, the following works must be carried out: 1) Advisory part: a) Design strategy development service – i.e. synthesis and analysis, which is to consist of, among others: —synthesis of conclusions from the preaudite, -in-depth analysis of the communication processes with the client and the marketing methods used, in order to select the target effective actions to ensure that the design brief is of sufficient quality, – to select the key sectors involved in drawing up the project brief, – to prepare an initial brief based on feedback from the companies involved in the process of drafting the brief, – to carry out multi-criteria variant analyses in order to develop a final brief and design guidelines. b) Services for the development of the prototype of the stacker: — construction concept resulting from the design brief, – mechanical and other designs allowing the prototype to be made, – development of elements and parts of the prototype, – development of a prototype, – preparation of a test bench (partly on its own) – prototype tests and fixes (in-house) c) services for the development of prototype decoiler assembly (rewinder, rewinder): — construction concept resulting from the design brief, – execution of projects allowing the development of a prototype, – development of elements, assemblies and the whole prototype with testing 2) Investment part: Purchase of fixed assets for the construction of stackers and decoilers on the basis of obtained prototype bases, resulting from the conclusions of multi-criteria analyses from preaudite: a) CNC milling machine b) measuring machine c) lathe d) gantry milling machine e) welding tables. SA 42799(2015/X) Projekt dotyczy opracowania 2 ulepszonych produktów, które zostały zarekomendowane jako zasadne do rozwijania na bazie wykonanej przed złożeniem diagnozy (preaudytu). Chodzi o układnicę i odwijak, jako bazy produktowe dla wdrożeń u klientów w różnych branż. Aby móc zrealizować prototypy i osiągnąć gotowość wdrożeniową należy przeprowadzić następujące prace: 1) Część doradcza: a) Usługa opracowania strategii wzorniczej – tj. syntezy i analizy, która ma składać się ma m.in. z: -syntezy wniosków z preaudytu, -dogłębnej analizy procesów komunikacji z klientem oraz stosowanych metod marketingowych, celem dobrania docelowych skutecznych działań zapewniających uzyskanie odpowiedniej jakości briefu projektowego, - wytypowaniu kluczowych branż uczestniczących w wypracowywaniu briefu projektowego, -opracowania briefu wstępnego na bazie feedbacku z ankiet od firm zaangażowanych w proces opracowywania briefu, - przeprowadzenia analiz wariantowych wielokryterialnych celem wypracowania briefu finalnego i wytycznych projektowych. b) Usługi opracowania prototypu układnicy: - koncepcja konstrukcji wynikająca z briefu projektowego, - projekty mechaniczne i inne pozwalające na wykonanie prototypu, - opracowanie elementów i części prototypu, - opracowanie prototypu, - przygotowanie stanowiska testowego (częściowo we własnym zakresie) - testy prototypu i poprawki (we własnym zakresie) c) usługi opracowania prototypu zespołu odwijaka (przewijaka, nawijaka): - koncepcja konstrukcji wynikająca z briefu projektowego, - wykonanie projektów pozwalających na opracowanie prototypu, - opracowanie elementów, zespołów i całego prototypu wraz z testowaniem 2) Część inwestycyjna: Zakup środków trwałych służących wykonywaniu układnic i odwijaków na podstawie uzyskanych baz prototypowych, wynikających z wniosków z analiz wielokryterialnych z preaudytu: a) frezarka CNC b) maszyna pomiarowa c) tokarka d) frezarka bramowa e) stoły spawalnicze.
