The aim of the project is to increase the number of permanent pre-school facilities in the municipality of Puck. The specific objectives are: A.) The creation of 30 new pre-school education places (including 3 for children with disabilities) b.) to increase the uptake of pre-school education in the municipality of Puck. The objectives will be achieved through the following actions: A.) to adapt the premises of the school building in the Mierzyna school for 30 new pre-school places b.) the purchase of equipment and teaching aids c.) the purchase of equipment and teaching aids (c) the creation, by a resolution of the Council of the Municipality, of a nursery school (as part of a school/nursery school team) in which there will be 30 new places (including 3 for children with disabilities) d.) Provision of pre-school services for 30 children (14 girls and 16 boys) including 3 (1 girls and 2 boys) with disabilities. The financing of the day-to-day running of the pre-school services within the project will be for a period of 12 months. Information on the number of children benefiting from the newly created ESF places of education will not be taken into account in the reports submitted monthly to the CA. The project activities will be carried out on the basis of the results of the diagnosis carried out. The effect of the project will be to increase the uptake of pre-school education in the area of Puck by creating and offering 30 new permanent pre-school education places (including 3 under-served children) under the authority of Puck. The results will be sustainable as there will be a minimum of pre-school education created for a period of 2 years from the date of completion of the project. (English) | |||

Zaplanowany na podstawie diagnozy projekt obejmuje wsparciem 30 dzieci (14 dziewczynek i 16 chłopców, w tym 1 dziewczynkę i 2 chłopców z niepełnosprawnościami) w wieku 3-6 lat zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Puck. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie liczby trwałych miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej na terenie Gminy Puck. Cele szczegółowe to: a. ) utworzenie 30 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego (w tym 3 dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami) b.) zwiększenie stopnia upowszechnienia edukacji przedszkolnej na terenie Gminy Puck. Osiągnięcie celów nastąpi poprzez następujące działania: a.) adaptację pomieszczeń w budynku szkoły w Mieroszynie na potrzeby 30 nowych miejsc przedszkolnych b.) zakup wyposażenia oraz pomocy dydaktycznych c.) utworzenie, uchwałą Rady Gminy, przedszkola w Mieroszynie (w ramach zespołu szkolno-przedszkolnego w Mieroszynie) w którym funkcjonować będzie 30 nowych miejsc (w tym 3 dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami) d.) Świadczenie usług przedszkolnych dla 30 dzieci (14 dziewczynek i 16 chłopców) w tym 3 (1 dziewczynka i 2 chłopców) z niepełnosprawnościami . Finansowanie bieżącego funkcjonowania usług przedszkolnych w ramach projektu trwać będzie przez okres 12 miesięcy. Informacje dotyczące liczby dzieci korzystających z nowo utworzonych w ramach EFS miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego nie będą uwzględniane w sprawozdaniach przekazywanych comiesięcznie organowi dotującemu. Działania w ramach projektu będą realizowane w oparciu o wyniki przeprowadzonej diagnozy. Efektem proj. będzie zwiększenie upowszechnienia edukacji przedszkolnej na terenie Gminy Puck poprzez utworzenie i zaoferowanie 30 nowych, trwałych miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej (w tym 3 miejsc dla dzieci z niepełno sprawnościami) podlegających pod organ prowadzący – Gminę Puck. Efekty proj. będą trwałe, gdyż utworzone miejsca edukacji przedszkolnej funkcjonować będą minimum przez okres 2 lat od daty zakończenia realizacji projektu. (Polish)
