The aim of the project is to support the socio-professional activation of 30 (21K,9M), including 4 inhabitants of the urban-rural commune of Bieżuń through the implementation of individual socio-professional reintegration paths in the period 01.07.2020-31.07.2021. Support provided by entities specialised in social work, social, educational and professional activation, acting jointly within the framework of a multi-sectoral partnership in order to combat the social exclusion of people experiencing multiple exclusion (k.mer.szcz.1). A project implemented in a cross-sectoral partnership (a.k.a. 1), including in partnership with a social economy actor (m. mer.szcz.2), as the Applicant is. As part of the implementation of the project, the specific objectives pursued under the following tasks: 1.Active social inclusion (VII.2020-VI.2021), 2. Specialist Support Point (VIII.2020-VI.2021), 3. Academy of Universal Skills and Social Competences (VIII.2020-VI.2021), 4. Educational activation (VIII.2020-IV.2021), 5. Occupational activation (VIII.2020-VII.2021). Key results and outputs achieved during the project: Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who obtained a qualification or acquired competence after the end of programu:21UP; Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion working after leaving the programme (including self-employed)-9 UP; Share of other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have met the labour performance criterion (professional efficiency)-25 %, percentage of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have made progress in social activation (social efficiency)-34 %. Celem projektu jest wsparcie w aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej 30 (21K,9M), w tym 4 OzN mieszkańców gminy miejsko-wiejskiej Bieżuń poprzez realizację indywidualnych ścieżek reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej w okresie 01.07.2020-31.07.2021. Wsparcie realizowane przez podmioty wyspecjalizowane w pracy socjalnej, aktywizacji społecznej, edukacyjnej i zawodowej działające wspólnie w ramach partnerstwa wielosektorowego celem przeciwdziałania wykluczeniu społecznemu osób doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia (k.mer.szcz.1).
