SA 42799(2015/X) The object of the project is a research service, the aim of which is to develop a significantly improved product in the form of a passive console with a structural function, transferring vertical and horizontal loads from the facade to the structure of the building. The Applicant’s ambition is to create a product that can be used both in single-family construction, as well as in large-scale and office buildings. It is planned to create 24 variants of different shapes with increased thermal parameters, corrosion protection and durability, and resistance to fire. The following tasks are planned for the project: 1. Designing a new shape and dimensions of the new product. Thermal calculations, statistical calculations. 2. Selection of materials and production of product prototypes. 3. Endurance tests, obtaining a report from all the tests carried out. The result of the research will be the development of all technical solutions allowing mass production of the improved product. The direct result of the project will be a new prototype of the console, tested endurance with the developed production technology. It will be the basis for the production of an equivalent quantity of products. Implementation, understood as the start of production based on the results of research work, is planned for November 2021. The research will be carried out by the Research and Development Centre conducted by Greenko Sp. z o.o. The entity was selected in a competitive procedure (announcement No: 32751). SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotem projektu jest usługa badawcza, której celem jest opracowanie znacząco ulepszonego produktu w postaci pasywnej konsoli pełniącej funkcję konstrukcyjną, przenosząc obciążenia pionowe oraz poziome z elewacji na konstrukcję budynku. Ambicją Wnioskodawcy jest stworzenie produktu, który będzie mógł byc zastosowany zarówno w budownictwie jednorodzinnym, jak i w wielkometrażowym i biurowym. Planowane jest stworzenie 24 wariantów o różnych kształtach o podwyższonych parametrach termicznych, ochrony korozyjnej oraz trwałości, oraz odporności na ogień. W ramach projektu planowane są następujące zadania: 1. Zaprojektowanie nowego kształtu oraz wymiarów nowego produktu. Obliczenia termiczne, statystyczne. 2. Dobór materiałów oraz wyprodukowanie prototypów produktu. 3. Badania wytrzymałościowe, uzyskanie raportu z całości przeprowadzonych badań. Efektem badań będzie opracowanie całości rozwiązań technicznych pozwalających na masową produkcję ulepszonego produktu. Bezpośrednim efektem projektu będzie nowy prototyp konsoli, przebadany wytrzymałościowo z opracowaną technologią produkcji. Będzie on podstawą do produkcji analogicznej ilości produktów. Wdrożenie, rozumiane jako rozpoczęcie produkcji w oparciu o wyniki prac badawczych, planowane jest na listopad 2021 roku. Badania zostaną wykonane przez Centrum Badawczo - Rozwojowe prowadzone przez firmę Greenko Sp. z o.o. Ww. podmiot został wybrany w postępowaniu konkurencyjnym (nr ogłoszenia: 32751).
