The aim of the project is to increase labour market participation among 15 people (15K) caring for children up to 3 years by creating 15 new places of care for children under 3 years in the Children’s Club in Kroczew in Załuski (Mazowieckie Voivodeship) between July 2020 and December 2022. As part of the project, there will be 2 tasks: 1. The creation of 15 places of care for children under 3 years in the Children’s Club in Kroczew during the period VII-XII.2020 as a result of the purchase of the necessary equipment and the carrying out of renovation works. 2. The current functioning of the newly created Children’s Club in Kroczew in the round. I.2021-XII.2022 by employing club staff (carers, directors, service staff) and providing food and accommodation. The project will be implemented in the Partnership with the Association for the Promotion of Education and Culture “Little Bear” (full. covered. substantive detail. No. 4). Gr. doc. project will be 15 people (15K) at working age (POW. 18 years old) caring for a child up to 3 years of age from Załuski Gm. Problems addressed by the aim of the project: — lack of childcare facilities for children up to 3 years old in Załuski Municipality; — the impossibility of reintegrating into the labour market, in particular. K who, due to the care of the child, remain at home; The implementation of the project will contribute in particular to: — the return to the labour market and professional development of persons currently staying at home due to the care of children up to 3 years, in particular women, – in the case of working persons, will contribute to the continuation of the labour market and further professional development by parents of children up to 3 years, by providing a place of care in the Children’s Club. Celem gł. proj. jest zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej wśród 15 os.(15K) sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez stworzenie 15 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w Klubie Dziecięcym w Kroczewie w Gm. Załuski (woj. mazowieckie) w okresie lipiec 2020 do grudzień 2022r. W ramach proj. realiz. będą 2 zadania: 1. Utworzenie 15 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w Klubie Dziecięcym w Kroczewie w okresie VII-XII.2020r. w wyniku zakupu niezbędnego wyposażenia oraz przeprowadzeniu prac remontowych. 2. Bieżące funkcjonowanie nowoutworzonego Klubu Dziecięcego w Kroczewie w okr. I.2021-XII.2022r. poprzez zatrudnienie personelu klubu (opiekunki, dyrektor, personel obsługowy) oraz zapewnienie wyżywienia i utrzymania lokalu. Proj. realiz. będzie w Partnerstwie ze Stowarzyszeniem Promocji Oświaty i Kultury "Mały Miś" (speł. kryt. merytorycznego szczegół. nr 4). Gr. doc. proj. stanowić będzie 15 osób (15K) w wieku aktywności zawodowej (pow. 18 r.ż.) sprawujące opiekę nad dzieckiem do lat 3 z Gm. Załuski. Gł. problemy na które odpowiada cel gł. proj.: - brak miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3w Gm. Załuski; - brak możliwości powrotu na rynek pracy, w szczegól. K, które z uwagi na opiekę nad dzieckiem, pozostają w domu; Realizacja proj. przyczyni się w szczegól. do: - powrotu na rynek pracy i rozwoju zawodowego os. pozostających obecnie w domu z uwagi na opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3, co w szczególności dot. kobiet, - w przypadku os. pracujących przyczyni się do pozostania na rynku pracy i dalszego rozwoju zawodowego przez rodziców dzieci do lat 3, dzięki zapewnieniu miejsca opieki w Klubie Dziecięcym. Gł. rezultaty, które zostaną osiągnięte: - Licz. os., które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/ wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymały zatrudnienie, po opuszczeniu progr. 10. - Licz. os. pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu progr. 3. - licz. funkcjonujących miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 - 15 (Polish)
