Reference_Aid_programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose_public_aid: Article: 25 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty Urz. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The main objective of the project is to develop and demonstrate an innovative and fully operational technology for the development of the poultry corps at the Mitmar Sp. z o.o. plant in the period V 2020 – X 2021, which will be implemented in economic activity by XII 2023. The main objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives: • development of an innovative technology for the development of the poultry body • construction and commissioning of an innovative pilot line • optimisation and verification of the work of innovative technology. Achievement of the main objective and specific objectives is planned in 3 stages: Stage I Development of an innovative technology for the development of the poultry corps – tests on a large-laboratory scale Stage II Construction and commissioning of a pilot line for the development of the poultry corps Stage III Optimisation of the pilot work of the poultry corps development Line Achieving the above-mentioned objective expresses the result indicator: 1) Number of implemented results of R & D work carried out by the company under the project – 1 piece The target groups of the project include: — Applicant and collaborators from research centres – Food/meat/processing sector – Applicant will set new standards for food products (e.g. better physicochemical and organoleptic quality of mechanically separated poultry meat – MDOM) – Pet Food sector – Applicant’s actions will make it possible to offer a better quality product on the animal food market (better MSOM will go to animal products) – All sectors of the economy – Through the implementation of GOZ policy (e.g. thanks to the development of fully waste-free technology) (English) | |||||||||||||||

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem głównym projektu jest opracowanie i demonstracja innowacyjnej i w pełni sprawnej technologii do zagospodarowania korpusu drobiowego w zakładzie Mitmar Sp. z o.o. w okresie V 2020 r. – X 2021 r., która zostanie wdrożona w działalności gospodarczej do XII 2023 r. Cel główny osiągnięty zostanie poprzez następujące cele szczegółowe: • opracowanie innowacyjnej technologii do zagospodarowania korpus drobiowego • budowę oraz rozruch innowacyjnej linii pilotażowej • optymalizację i weryfikację pracy innowacyjnej technologii Osiągniecie celu głównego i celów szczegółowych rozplanowano na 3 etapy: Etap I Opracowanie innowacyjnej technologii do zagospodarowania korpusu drobiowego – testy w skali wielkolaboratoryjnej Etap II Budowa i rozruch linii pilotażowej do zagospodarowania korpusu drobiowego Etap III Optymalizacja pracy pilotażowej linii do zagospodarowania korpusu drobiowego Osiągnięcie ww. celu wyraża wskaźnik rezultatu: 1) Liczba wdrożonych wyników prac B+R prowadzonych przez przedsiębiorstwo w ramach projektu – 1 szt . Grupy docelowe projektu obejmują: - Wnioskodawcę i współpracowników z ośrodków badawczych, - Sektor spożywczy/ mięsny/ przetwórczy - Wnioskodawca wyznaczy nowe standardy dla produktów spożywczych (m. in. lepsza jakość fizykochemiczna i organoleptyczna mięsa drobiowego oddzielonego mechanicznie - MDOM) - Sektor "Pet Food" - Działania Wnioskodawcy pozwolą zaoferować lepszy jakościowo produkt na rynku karmy dla zwierząt (lepszy MDOM trafi do produktów dla zwierząt) - Wszystkie gałęzie gospodarki - Dzięki realizacji polityki GOZ (m.in. dzięki opracowaniu pracującej technologii całkowicie bezodpadowej) (Polish)
