This project is aimed at developing the infrastructure of the separate collection system for municipal waste in the municipality of Świecie nad Osą. Thanks to the implementation of the investment, 1 PSZOK will be created, in which it will be possible to hand over separately collected waste. Residents of the municipality will select the waste generated by them (so-called segregation of waste at the source) in order to separate the relevant fractions from them (in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the details of the collection of selected waste fractions. The separated fractions will be delivered to suitable containers, containers and rooms constituting PSZOK equipment. The remaining municipal waste will be collected from the resident in accordance with the regulations in force for the maintenance of cleanliness and order. Residents will be able to bring waste and reusable items to PSZOK. Some of them, which do not require repair, will be handed over to the residents concerned. As part of the implementation of the project, 17 waste fractions are assumed. The planned project will be located on plot no. 146/1 cadastral area 0011 Świecie nad Osą, Gm.Świecie nad Osą, Grudziądzki district. The area of the planned project is located in the protected area: Protected Landscape Area of the Axis Valley and Gardagi Valley. The project plans to: construction and assembly works and equipment, design documentation necessary to obtain a building permit, construction supervision and promotion. The project is institutionally and legally feasible. The GM employs people who have knowledge and experience in managing this type of project. Niniejszy projekt ukierunkowany jest na rozwój infrastruktury systemu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych w Gm.Świecie nad Osą.Dzięki realizacji inwestycji powstanie 1 PSZOK, w którym będzie można oddać selektywnie zbierane odpady. Mieszkańcy gminy będą prowadzić selekcję wytworzonych przez siebie odpadów (tzw. segregacja odpadów „u źródła”) celem wydzielenia z nich odpowiednich frakcji (zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Ministra Środowiska z dnia 29.12.2016 r., w sprawie szczegół.sposobu selekt. zbierania wybranych frakcji odpadów. Wydzielone frakcje będą dostarczać do odpowiednich kontenerów, pojemników i pomieszczeń stanowiących wyposażenie PSZOK. Pozostałe odpady komunalne będą odbierane od mieszkańca zgodnie z obowiązującym regulaminem utrzymania czystości i porządku . Do PSZOK mieszkańcy będą mogli przynieść odpady i przedmioty nadające się do ponownego użycia. Część z nich, niewymagająca napraw, przekazywana będzie zainteresowanym mieszkańcom. W ramach realizacji projektu zakłada się przyjmowanie 17 frakcji odpadów. Planowane przedsięwzięcie będzie zlokalizowane na działce o nr ew. 146/1 obręb ewidencyjny 0011 Świecie nad Osą, Gm.Świecie nad Osą, powiat grudziądzki. Obszar planowanego przedsięwzięcia znajduje się na terenie objętym ochroną: Obszar Chronionego Krajobrazu Doliny Osy i Gardęgi. W ramach przedsięwzięcia planuje się: roboty budowlane i montażowe oraz wyposażenie,dokumentację projektową niezbędną do uzyskania pozwolenia na budowę, nadzór budowlany oraz promocję. Projekt jest wykonalny pod względem instytucjonalnym i prawnym. W Gm.zatrudnione są osoby, które dysponują wiedzą i doświadczeniem w zarządzaniu tego typu projektem. Dla osiągnięcia założonych celów wybrano wariant polegający na budowie PSZOK w wybranej lokalizacji. Projekt jest wykonalny technicznie i technologicznie. (Polish)
