The revitalisation area covered by the project is inhabited by 1295 people, which accounts for 11.19 % of the population of the municipality. However, trends of the ageing population, also in the City of Strzelna, are visible when indicators relating to the number of people of the post-production age in relation to the total population are analysed. The result is less favourable than the average for Gm. Shot at 19.92 %, which was shown during the delimitation of the degraded area. The current situation as a result of the progressive ageing of the population therefore calls for action to be taken on the activation of local communities, in particular seniors. The growing deficits prompt the municipal authorities to take action on the activation of residents, including intra-group integration, intergenerational integration and the active influence of this social group on the direction of development of the entire municipality. The public consultation confirms the need to implement the project in the area adjacent to S.P. and to give it new social functions, which will be activities that activate the local community. The object of the investment is the development of the area around the A. A. Michelson S.P. in Strzelno, together with the accompanying infrastructure and the renovation of this building described in point C.2. and the feasibility study. The facilities are located on plots 1131/2 and 1130. The area around the school was divided into zones creating a coherent space in the area of S.P. and the area made available to the inhabitants of Strzelna. The school’s area is divided into 4 spaces: entrance area, sports area, appeal square and school facilities. An extensive leisure and entertainment zone along with parking areas has been added to the school’s premises. The different zones of the project will contribute to the creation of a space adapted to the needs of residents of the post-production age. In addition, this area will serve as a meeting point for an intergenerational group of residents, which will consequently increase the added value of the project as a whole. (English)

A. A. Michelsona w Strzelnie wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą i remont niniejszego budynku opisanego w pkt C.2. i studium wykonalności. Do terenu szkoły dosunięto obszerną strefę rozrywki i wypoczynku wraz z terenem parkingów. (Polish)

The revitalisation area covered by the project is inhabited by 1295 people, which accounts for 11.19 % of the population of the municipality. However, trends of the ageing population, also in the City of Strzelna, are visible when indicators relating to the number of people of the post-production age in relation to the total population are analysed.
