Objective: increasing the employment opportunities of 60 inhabitants of the secular, Inowrocław, Bydgoszcz and Bydgoszcz (38) districts (38 Women), aged 18-29, economically inactive, belonging to the NEET category, in professions compatible with the needs and potential of project participants and the needs of the local labour market, by increasing their qualifications/competence and professional experience between 01.03.2020-30.04.2021. Target group – 60 people (38 K), who on the date of the first form of support will meet the above criteria1. Age 18-29, i.e. 18 years old and under 30 at the same time2. Residence, in accordance with the CC, in the secular, in Wrocław, Bydgoszcz or Bydgoszcz districts (In the case of immigrants and re-emigrants, the above criterion will not apply)3. Inactive status of NEET category, i.e. one who does not work, is not in training, is not in education4. Status of the low-skilled person (up to and including ISCED level 3, i.e. at most secondary education)excluding persons eligible for the target group defined for Measure 1.3.1 OPWERIn the framework of the project is planned to implement the following forms of wsparcia:Opracowanie IPDIndividual career guidanceIndividual job placements Vocational trainingProfessional trainingResults:1. A minimum of 45 % of project participants will be qualified after leaving the programme2. A minimum of 35 % of project participants will gain competence after leaving the programme3. Wiek 18-29 lat, tj. ukończony 18 rok życia i jednocześnie nieukończony 30 rok życia2. Zamieszkiwanie, zgodnie z Kc, na terenie powiatu świeckiego, inowrocławskiego, bydgoskiego lub m. Bydgoszcz(W przypadku imigrantów i reemigrantów ww. kryterium nie będzie miało zastosowania)3. Status osoby biernej zawodowo, należącej do kategorii NEET, tj. takiej, która nie pracuje, nie szkoli się, nie kształci się4.
