The aim of the project is to develop the Production, Service and Commercial Enterprise “TARPOL” Władysław Żero through the use of professional consulting services consisting of identifying possible technologies. This service will aim to increase the competitiveness and economic efficiency of the company, both at operational and strategic level: identification of implementable technologies – market analysis in terms of available technologies and selection of technologies that are adequate and cost-effective for implementation in the service recipient’s company. During the implementation of the PPUH “TARPOL” service, Władysław Żero will receive a full analysis of the technologies available on the market and possible implementation in the enterprise, recommendations for the implementation of the most optimal technologies, and the process of selecting the technology provider and negotiating with him. Thanks to this service, the company will be ready to implement the technology most tailored to its needs. Ordering the company’s production processes associated with the implementation of development recommendations for new technology will result in a precise selection of resources to fulfill customer orders, and an increase in customer satisfaction with the quality of the offered products and services always results in an increase in his loyalty, and consequently a long-term increase in the company’s sales. The output indicators selected in the project concern: The number of enterprises receiving support; The number of enterprises receiving grants; Private investments in addition to public support to enterprises; Number of enterprises supported in the field of expert advice. Celem projektu jest rozwój Przedsiębiorstwa Produkcyjno-Usługowo-Handlowego "TARPOL" Władysław Żero poprzez skorzystanie z profesjonalnej usługi doradczej polegającej na Identyfikacji możliwych do wdrożenia technologii. Usługa ta będzie miała na celu zwiększenie konkurencyjności i efektywności ekonomicznej przedsiębiorstwa, zarówno na poziomie operacyjnym, jak i strategicznym: identyfikacja możliwych do wdrożenia technologii – analiza rynku pod kątem dostępnych technologii i dobranie technologii, adekwatnych i racjonalnych kosztowo do wdrożenia w przedsiębiorstwie usługobiorcy. Podczas przeprowadzenia usługi PPUH „TARPOL” Władysław Żero otrzyma pełną analizę dostępnych na rynku i możliwych do wdrożenia w przedsiębiorstwie technologii, rekomendacje dotyczące wdrożenia najbardziej optymalnych technologii oraz przeprowadzenie przez proces doboru dostawcy technologii i negocjacji z nim. Dzięki tak przeprowadzonej usłudze, firma będzie gotowa na wdrożenie technologii najbardziej dopasowanej do jej potrzeb. Uporządkowanie procesów produkcji przedsiębiorstwa związane z wdrożeniem rekomendacji rozwojowych dotyczących nowej technologii, spowoduje precyzyjny wybór zasobów do realizacji zamówień klientów, a wzrost zadowolenia klienta z jakości oferowanych produktów i usług powoduje zawsze wzrost jego lojalności, i w konsekwencji długofalowy wzrost sprzedaży przedsiębiorstwa. Wskaźniki produktu wybrane w projekcie dotyczą: Liczby przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie; Liczby przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje; Inwestycji prywatnych uzupełniających wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw; Liczby przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie doradztwa specjalistycznego.
