The object of the project is the complex thermomodernisation of the building with public utility functions – the building of the Environmental Self-help House and the Social Therapeutic Lighthouse “Małgosia” in the calf. The facility covered by this project does not meet the energy efficiency requirements for public buildings, as demonstrated in the energy audit carried out. Therefore, comprehensive measures are needed to improve the energy efficiency of the building. The works planned under the project include:- preparation of technical documentation,- development of the feasibility study;- investor supervision,- construction works:• Warming of foundation walls, aboveground walls,• insulation of internal walls between the unheated part and the heated basement,• warming of the ceiling over the basement in the unheated part (technical channel), and the roof • replacement of window joinery.- promotion and operation of the project – information board and souvenir, as well as the information made available on the Beneficiary’s website.These actions fully address the problems identified in this document and contribute to the achievement of measurable objectives. Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku o funkcji użyteczności publicznej - budynku Środowiskowego Domu Samopomocy i Świetlicy Socjoterapeutycznej „Małgosia” w Cielu. Obiekt objęty niniejszym projektem nie spełnia wymogów efektywności energetycznej stawianych dla budynków użyteczności publicznej, co zostało wykazane w przeprowadzonym audycie energetycznym. W związku z tym, konieczne jest przeprowadzenie kompleksowych działań, mających na celu poprawę efektywności energetycznej budynku. Planowane w ramach projektu prace obejmują:- opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej,- opracowanie Studium Wykonalności;- nadzór inwestorski,- prace budowlane :• ocieplenie ścian fundamentowych, ścian nadziemnych,• ocieplenia ścian wewnętrznych pomiędzy częścią nieogrzewaną a ogrzewaną piwnicy,• ocieplenie stropu nad piwnicą w części nieogrzewanej (kanał techniczny), oraz dachu• wymianę stolarki okiennej.- promocję i obsługę projektu – tablica informacyjna oraz pamiątkowa, a także udostępniona informacja na stronie internetowej Beneficjenta.Powyższe działania w pełni rozwiązują zidentyfikowane w niniejszym dokumencie problemy oraz przyczyniają się do realizacji mierzalnych celów.
