The main objective of this project is to improve the condition and development of infrastructure enabling the inhabitants of the LSR area to realise social activity through the renovation, modernisation and retrofitting of two social infrastructure facilities in the rural regeneration sub-area. The implementation of the project will allow to create the conditions for the implementation of social activation activities, in particular the elderly and at risk of social exclusion. The projects carried out under them will contribute to increasing the integration, resourcefulness and competence of the inhabitants of the revitalisation area, in particular the inhabitants of Błenna and ŚwiszewyW PR were diagnosed with a crisis state concerning, among others, the towns of Błenna and Świszewy, namely: in addition to social problems, there are infrastructure facilities in their area that are not adapted to conduct activities in the field of activation and social inclusion. The works planned under the project will concern two buildings of the firehouse of the TSO – in Blenn and Świszewa. The overall technical condition of the buildings is sufficient, but due to the fact that some of the rooms are not insulated and the internal installations and the standard of interior finishing have not been thoroughly modernised since construction, it is necessary to renovate and modernise them. In addition to being able to serve as a rural community centre where activation and social inclusion measures are carried out, they need to be retrofitted. The absence of the above measures prevents the implementation of soft projects planned in the FP, in particular due to the lack of adaptation of the facilities to the needs of seniors and people at risk of exclusion (for reasons of income – in both units the overstandard dependence of households on social assistance was diagnosed, in the case of Świszewy also for non-profit reasons – such as: disability, etc.). Celem głównym niniejszego projektu jest poprawa stanu i rozwój infrastruktury umożliwiający realizowanie aktywności społecznej mieszkańcom obszaru LSR poprzez remont, modernizacja i doposażenie dwóch obiektów infrastruktury społecznej w podobszarze rewitalizacji na terenach wiejskich. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na stworzenie warunków dla realizacji działań z zakresu aktywizacji społecznej, w szczególności osób starszych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Przeprowadzone w ich ramach przedsięwzięcia przyczyniać się będą do zwiększenia integracji, zaradności i kompetencji mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizacji, szczególnie mieszkańców miejscowości Błenna i ŚwiszewyW PR zdiagnozowano stan kryzysowy dot. m. in. miejscowości Błenna oraz Świszewy, a mianowicie: oprócz problemów społecznych występują na ich obszarze obiekty infrastruktury niedostosowane do prowadzenia zajęć z zakresu aktywizacji i integracji społecznej. Zaplanowane w ramach projektu prace dotyczyć będą dwóch budynków remiz OSP – w m. Błenna oraz Świszewy. Ogólny stan techniczny budynków jest dostateczny, jednakże z uwagi na fakt iż część pomieszczeń nie jest docieplona, a instalacje wewnętrzne jak i standard wykończenia wnętrza nie był gruntownie modernizowany od czasu wybudowania, konieczne jest dokonanie ich remontu i modernizacji. Oprócz tego, by budynki mogły służyć jako świetlice wiejskie, w których realizowane będą działania na rzecz aktywizacji i integracji społecznej, niezbędne jest ich doposażenie. Brak powyższych działań uniemożliwia zrealizowanie zaplanowanych w PR projektów miękkich , w szczególności ze względu na niedostosowanie obiektów do potrzeb seniorów oraz osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem (ze względów dochodowych – w obu jednostkach zdiagnozowano ponadstandardowe uzależnienie gospodarstw domowych od pomocy społecznej, w przypadku m. Świszewy także ze względów niedochodowych – jak: niepełnosprawności itp.). (Polish)
