The object of this project is the reconstruction of two unused buildings (washed and wooden) in the Klemens Maciaszczyk stadium in Rogow (harvest district) in Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodeship. The project will be implemented on plot 151, 152 of 0016 Rogowo. The applicant for the project is the municipality of Rogowo. As part of the project, it is planned to rebuild the social (brick) room and convert the wooden building into a shed. The applicant also plans to harden the land along the buildings with a pavement to form a pedestrian sequence. Both the brick and wooden building and the roadway will be adapted for people with disabilities and reduced mobility (including seniors). A photovoltaic installation is planned on the roof of the building and inside the central heating system with a heat pump located in the utility room. The main objective of the project is to create a place to solve problems identified in the social sphere in Rogowo (Rogowo revitalisation area – Centrum). The project involves the creation of infrastructure, which will be the seat of activities of a social nature (incentivising social activity and solving diagnosed social problems). Among the target groups of this investment are residents of the revitalisation area of the Municipality of Rogowo (in particular seniors and children from families covered by family benefits), who will be able to actively participate in the organised forms of support through the implementation of the project. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest przebudowa dwóch nieużytkowanych budynków ( murowanego i drewnianego ) na terenie stadionu im. Klemens Maciaszczyka w Rogowie (powiat żniński) w woj. kujawsko - pomorskim. Przedsięwzięcie będzie realizowane na działce 151, 152 obręb 0016 Rogowo. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest gmina Rogowo. W ramach projektu planowana jest przebudowa pomieszczenia socjalnego ( murowanego ) oraz przebudowa budynku drewnianego na wiatę. Wnioskodawca planuje również utwardzenie terenu wzdłuż budynków kostką brukową tworząc ciąg pieszy. Zarówno budynek murowany, jaki drewniany oraz ciąg komunikacyjny zostaną dostosowane dla osób niepełnosprawnych i z ograniczoną mobilnością ruchową ( w tym seniorów) . Na dachu budynku zaplanowano instalację fotowoltaiczną a wewnątrz instalację centralnego ogrzewania z pompą ciepła zlokalizowaną w pomieszczeniu gospodarczym. Głównym celem projektu jest stworzenie miejsca umożliwiającego rozwiązywanie problemów zidentyfikowanych w sferze społecznej na terenie miejscowości Rogowo ( obszar rewitalizacji Rogowo - Centrum) . Przedsięwzięcie zakłada stworzenie infrastruktury, która będzie siedzibą realizacji działań o charakterze społecznym (pobudzających aktywność społeczną oraz rozwiązujących zdiagnozowane problemy społeczne). Wśród grup docelowych niniejszej inwestycji znajdują się mieszkańcy obszaru rewitalizacji Gminy Rogowo( w szczególności seniorzy i dzieci z rodzin objętych) zasiłkiem rodzinnym, którzy dzięki realizacji projektu będą mogli aktywnie uczestniczyć w organizowanych formach wsparcia. Zakres przedmiotowy projektu:I. roboty budowlane, II promocja projektu. Całkowita wartość projektu wynosi : 832 190,79 zł, poziom dofinansowania 79,42%. (Polish)
