Celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości kształcenia na PWSZ w Wałczu poprzez modyfikację i wdrożenie programu kształcenia na 4 kierunkach nauczania oraz podniesienie kompetencji studentów zgodnych z potrzebami pracodawców z sektora usług dla biznesu, w okresie 01.04.2020 r. - 30.10.2023 r.Grupę docelową stanowi 245 studentów (129K116M), kierunków:- Informatyka w biznesie i administracji- zarządzanie i inżynieria produkcji- zarządzani i administracjaDziałania w ramach projektu:- modyfikacja programów nauczania poprzez organizację paneli eksperckich- przeprowadzenie zajęć zgodnie z nowym/zmodyfikowanym programem- podniesienie kwalifikacji studentów poprzez ich udział w szkoleniach - Młody Przedsiębiorca, CCNA, ISO- wizyty studyjne u pracodawcówEfektem projektu będzie:podniesienie kompetencji w obszarach kluczowych dla gospodarki i rozwoju kraju u 245 os.podniesieniekwalifikacji w obszarach kluczowych dla gospodarki i rozwoju kraju u 205 os.podjęcie zatrudnienia w ciągu 6 m-cy od zakończenia kształcenia w sektorze usług dla biznesu przez 30% os.
