The “Step Forward” project is a response to the problem described in the 2020 ROP-Lubuskie, i.e. socio-occupational exclusion and poverty. The growing problem of addiction to psychoactive substances and high levels of alcohol consumption among young people and adults is a cause for concern. The project uses the model of social and professional activation through the creation of a Consultation Point and the provision of readaptation housing for people who have undergone therapy, gives 110 (42K) people a chance to reintegrate into society. The aim of the project is to compensate for mental deficits, improve the social skills needed on the labour market, enable treatment of addictions, which will consequently restore the ability to live independently and to work, which is the foundation for rehabilitation of addicts. The implementation of P will contribute to the development of a range of active reintegration, contributing to reducing the risks posed by the adoption of drugs by improving access to reintegration services, taking into account the diagnosis of the problem situation, resources, potential, predisposition and needs.
