The subject of the investment project: “Old Słodownia – Treasurer of Knowledge, Tastes and Fragrance” is to carry out modernisation and renovation works on the building of the Old Słodownia, which is part of the building of the Vitnica brewery in the scope of the establishment of the Museum of Brewery in Witnica. The scope of the Investment includes construction, assembly, renovation, maintenance and installation works of a building entered in the register of monuments under the number L-722/A on plot no. 598/4. It is planned to build an elevator for the disabled, installation of photovoltaic panels, purchase of e-culture platform and applications and presentation of resources on-line, multimedia and exhibition equipment. The project is a continuation of the work undertaken in the creation of the Museum of Brewery, which began with the initial adoption of the ground floor of the building. The technical condition of the 200-year-old historic facility does not allow the full use of its potential to present historical assets on a regional scale for residents of Lubuskie voivodship and tourists. The aim of the project is to preserve cultural heritage as evidence of cultural identity and the efficient use of cultural resources for visitors, thereby adapting to cultural, educational and touristic functions. Specific objectives of the project: — Improvement of the infrastructure of the old malt plant for the operation of the Museum of Brewery in Witnica, – Creating a new product on a regional scale and making available to visitors – Introduction of innovative solutions and development of creative industries of culture, – The use of modern information and communication technologies, including for the disabled, – Preserving the cultural landscape of Witnica, will raise the image of the city and increase tourist attractiveness. The recipients of the project will be residents of the city and municipality, brewing enthusiasts from the whole Lubuskie Voivodeship, as well as tourists and brewers from all over Poland. Przedmiotem projektu inwestycyjnego pt: ”Stara Słodownia - Skarbnicą Wiedzy, Smaków i Zapachów” jest przeprowadzenie prac modernizacyjnych i renowacyjnych obiektu Starej Słodowni wchodzącej w skład zabudowy witnickiego browaru w zakresie utworzenia Muzeum Browarnictwa w Witnicy. Zakres Inwestycji obejmuje roboty budowlano – montażowe, renowacyjne, konserwatorskie oraz instalacyjne budynku wpisanego do rejestru zabytków pod nr L-722/A na działce nr 598/4. Planuje się dobudowę windy dla niepełnosprawnych, montaż instalacji paneli fotowoltaicznych, zakup platformy i aplikacji e-kultury i prezentacji zasobów on – line, sprzęt multimedialny i wystawienniczy. Projekt stanowi kontynuacje podjętych prac w zakresie utworzenia Muzeum Browarnictwa, które rozpoczęły się poprzez wstępne zaadoptowanie parteru budynku. Stan techniczny 200 letniego zabytkowego obiektu nie pozwala w pełni wykorzystywać jego potencjału do prezentacji walorów historycznych na skalę regionalną dla mieszkańców województwa lubuskiego i turystów. Projekt ma na celu zachowanie dziedzictwa kulturowego będącego świadectwem tożsamości kulturalnej i efektywnego wykorzystania zasobów kultury dla zwiedzających tym samym przystosowanie do funkcji kulturalno-edukacyjnej i turystycznej. Cele szczegółowe projektu: - Poprawa infrastruktury zabytkowego obiektu starej słodowni do prowadzenia działalności Muzeum Browarnictwa w Witnicy, - Utworzenie nowego produktu na skale regionalną i udostępnienie dla zwiedzających, - Wprowadzenie innowacyjnych rozwiązań i rozwój przemysłów kreatywnych kultury, - Zastosowanie nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno- komunikacyjnych w tym dla niepełnosprawnych, - Zachowanie krajobrazu kulturowego Witnicy, podniesie wizerunku miasta i zwiększenie atrakcyjności turystycznej, Odbiorcami projektu będą mieszkańcy miasta i gminy, miłośnicy browarnictwa z obszaru całego województwa lubuskiego a także turyści i miłośnicy browarnictwa z całej polski.
