Celem głównym p jest wzrost zdolności do zatrudnienia 92 UP(35 K 57M) w tym 13 ON osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym w okresie od 01.01.2020r. do 30.04.2021r.,oraz zwiększenie liczby miejsc w CIS Żary z 36 do 46 (zwiększenie o 10 miejsc). P obejmuje działania z zakresu reintegracji społ-zawodowej realizowane przez CIS Żary. P zakłada działania adaptacyjno-remontowe bazy w celu podniesienia standardu CIS.
