The axis of the project is the construction of a photovoltaic farm Podmokle Wielkie (municipality of Babimost) with a capacity of 1,99968 MWp. Support structures, PV panels, inverters, electrical installations, wiring and surge protection, transformer station and distribution network connection will be built/mounted. A complementary role will be played by the energy monitoring and management system, air pollution measuring device, fence, video monitoring and perimeter protection, contract engineer, technical advice, preparatory work (development of feasibility study, geological studies, construction design and map for project purposes and fee for connection to the distribution network), as well as project promotion (public website and information/promotional board). The objectives of the project are to build a PV farm, to produce and sell electricity from a clean and renewable energy source, to create a local energy source and to disperse energy sources, to increase the share of renewable energy in the energy balance, to increase energy efficiency, to reduce the environmental burden of electricity production (reduction of emissions of harmful substances to the atmosphere), to develop economic activities and to make profits, to meet obligations under the EU Accession Treaty (the share of renewable energy in the energy balance) and to improve energy security. The main effects of the project will be the creation of a PV installation with a capacity of 1.999.68 kWp, which will produce approx. 2006 MWh of electricity. This energy will replace the energy produced from conventional sources, which will mean a reduction in CO2 emissions by approx. 1616,836 kg/year. The project involves informing (through a public website) about pollution of PM 10 and PM 2.5, the amount of energy generated from RES and the amount of CO2 that has not been emitted.[...] (English)

Osią projektu jest budowa farmy fotowoltaicznej Podmokle Wielkie (gmina Babimost) o mocy 1,99968 MWp. Wybudowane/zamontowane zostaną konstrukcje wsporcze, panele PV, inwertery, instalacje elektryczne, okablowanie i ochrona przeciwprzepięciowa, stacja transformatorowa oraz przyłącze do sieci dystrybucyjnej. Uzupełniającą rolę pełnić będą system monitorowania i zarządzania energią, urządzenie do pomiaru zanieczyszczeń powietrza, ogrodzenie, monitoring wizyjny oraz ochrona obwodowa, inżynier kontraktu, doradztwo techniczne, prace przygotowawcze (opracowanie studium wykonalności, badania geologiczne, projekt budowlany i mapa do celów projektowych oraz opłata za przyłączenie do sieci dystrybucyjnej), jak również promocja projektu (ogólnodostępna strona internetowa i tablica informacyjna/promocyjna). Cele realizacji projektu stanowią budowa farmy PV, produkcja i sprzedaż energii elektrycznej pochodzącej z czystego i odnawialnego źródła energii, stworzenie lokalnego źródła energii i rozproszenie źródeł energii, zwiększenie udziału energii odnawialnej w bilansie energetycznym, wzrost efektywności energetycznej, zmniejszenie uciążliwości produkcji energii elektrycznej dla środowiska naturalnego (zmniejszenie emisji substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery), rozwój prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej i osiąganie zysków, wypełnienie zobowiązań wynikających z Traktatu Akcesyjnego UE (udział energii odnawialnej w bilansie energetycznym) oraz poprawa bezpieczeństwa energetycznego. (Polish)
