The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of wschowskie.The main result of the project will be 59.5 % of unemployed people who are not in the most vulnerable situation on the labour market and 44 % of the most vulnerable in the labour market (including: people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled (up to ISCED 3), immigrants, re-emigrants), registered at the District Labour Office in Wschów.As part of the project, people under the age of 30 will be supported. As part of the project, for each of the participants, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predisposition and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wschowskim.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 59,5% bezrobotnych nie znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy oraz 44% osób znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (w tym: osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, długotrwale bezrobotne, o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED 3), imigranci, reemigranci), zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy we Wschowie.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
