The project concerns the construction of a sanitary sewerage network in Radwanice Municipality (polkowicki district, Lower Silesian Voivodeship). The construction of a pressure and gravity sanitation network is planned. This method was chosen due to terrain. The material scope includes: 1. Construction work involving the construction of a sanitation network with a length of 2,13 km; 3. Feasibility study and proposal; 2. Indirect costs. The municipality’s main problem with regard to municipal management is the poor quality of environmental protection due to the insufficient population using the waste water treatment system. The planned project is the next stage of the investment and is part of a larger project consisting of ensuring comprehensive collection and treatment of domestic and industrial waste water in Radwanice Municipality. The previous stages included the extension of the Radwanicach waste water treatment plant and the construction of a sanitary sewerage network in Radwanice Municipality. As there are areas protected by law in the municipality, further sewerage of the municipality is necessary in order to eliminate contamination from leaky septic tanks into soils and waters. The project will be addressed to all residents of the municipality, businesses and tourists who are keenly interested in improving the wastewater treatment system and protecting all environmental components. So far, technical and application documentation has been developed and the necessary permits have been obtained. Construction works have already begun. The project is a stand-alone unit of analysis and covers all investment tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and operability of the infrastructure as soon as the implementation is completed. The project will be implemented by the Municipality of Radwanice during the period indicated in point. A.12. Once the project has been completed, the municipality will supervise its products. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w Gminie Radwanice (powiat polkowicki, woj. dolnośląskie). Planowana jest budowa sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej ciśnieniowej i grawitacyjnej. Wybrano tą metodę ze względu na ukształtowanie terenu. Do zakresu rzeczowego należy: 1. Roboty budowlane obejmujące budowę sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej o długości 2,13 km; 3. Studium wykonalności i wniosek; 2. Koszty pośrednie. Głównym problemem gminy w zakresie gospodarki komunalnej jest niska jakość ochrony środowiska wynikająca z niedostatecznej liczby ludności korzystającej z systemu oczyszczania ścieków. Planowany do realizacji projekt stanowi kolejny już etap inwestycji i jest elementem większego przedsięwzięcia polegającego na zapewnieniu kompleksowego odbioru i oczyszczania ścieków bytowo-przemysłowych na terenie Gminy Radwanice. Poprzednie etapy obejmowały rozbudowę z przebudową oczyszczalni ścieków Radwanicach i budowę sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej na terenie Gminy Radwanice. Ponieważ na terenie gminy znajdują się obszary chronione prawem, niezbędna jest dalsza kanalizacja gminy celem eliminacji przedostawania się nieczystości z nieszczelnych szamb do gleb i wód. Projekt będzie adresowany do wszystkich mieszkańców gminy, przedsiębiorstw i turystów, którzy są żywo zainteresowani poprawą systemu oczyszczania ścieków i ochrony wszystkich komponentów środowiska. Dotychczas opracowano dokumentację techniczną i aplikacyjną oraz pozyskano niezbędne pozwolenia. Roboty budowlane zostały już rozpoczęte. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i obejmuje wszystkie zadania inwestycyjne niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury zaraz po zakończeniu realizacji. Projekt będzie realizowany przez Gminę Radwanice w okresie wskazanym w pkt. A.12. Po zakończeniu realizacji projektu nadzór nad jego produktami będzie sprawować gmina. Efektem projektu będą wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu wskazane w pkt. C.1. wniosku. (Polish)
