The aim of the project is to improve the attractiveness and accessibility to the tourist infrastructure of the area covered by the project by developing the tourist base of the Municipalities of Horodło, Kamień, Wojsławice and Żmudź. The direct aim of the project is to improve the recreational and tourist base of the municipalities participating in the project by developing and organising the areas at the water reservoirs, including the historic establishment of the Dworsko-Park with the water system in Kopyłów. To this end, each of the Municipalities – partners in the project will undertake investment tasks concerning water bodies in its territory: G. Stone: tank in Natalina, G. Wojsławice: reservoir in Wojsławice, G. Żmudź: water reservoir Oak Forest in Pobołowice, G. Horodło: the works will include water reservoirs as part of the task of revitalising the historic foundation of the Dworsko-Park in Kopyłów, where these reservoirs are located. The Local Action Group “Ziemi Chełmska”, which is a partner in the project, will be responsible for all marketing and promotional activities of the project. The main stakeholders of the project are: tourists, regulatory and executive authorities of the municipalities involved in the project, i.e. municipalities: Horodło, Kamień, Wojsławice and Żmudź, GOK, GOKSiR, Fishing Association “Pirania”, owners of the accommodation base, residents of the municipalities covered by the project. The target group of the project is tourists and the local community. The implementation of the project will result in the following direct result and output indicators: 1) Increase in the expected number of visits to supported cultural and natural heritage sites: 3300 visit./year. 2) Number of people using supported facilities: 3950 people per year. 3) Number of fixed monuments supported: 1 pcs. 4) Number of supported objects in natural heritage sites: 4 pcs 5) Increase in employment in supported entities: 1 FTE. Celem projektu jest poprawa atrakcyjności oraz zwiększenie dostępności do infrastruktury turystycznej obszaru objętego projektem poprzez rozwijanie bazy turystycznej Gmin Horodło, Kamień, Wojsławice i Żmudź. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest poprawa bazy rekreacyjno-turystycznej gmin uczestniczących w projekcie poprzez zagospodarowanie i uporządkowanie obszarów przy zbiornikach wodnych, w tym zabytkowego założenia Dworsko-Parkowego z układem wodnym w Kopyłowie. W tym celu każda z Gmin - partnerów w projekcie podejmie zadania inwestycyjne dotyczące zbiorników wodnych na swoim terenie: G. Kamień: zbiornik w Natalinie, G. Wojsławice: zbiornik w miejscowości Wojsławice, G. Żmudź: zbiornik wodny Dębowy Las w Pobołowicach, G. Horodło: prace obejmą zbiorniki wodne, jako część zadania polegającego na rewitalizacji zabytkowego założenia Dworsko-Parkowego w Kopyłowie, na terenie którego te zbiorniki się znajdują. Lokalna Grupa Działania "Ziemi Chełmskiej", która jest partnerem w projekcie, odpowiedzialna będzie za całokształt działań marketingowych i promocyjnych projektu. Głównymi interesariuszami projektu są: turyści, organy stanowiące i wykonawcze gmin biorących udział w projekcie, tj. władze gmin: Horodło, Kamień, Wojsławice i Żmudź, GOK, GOKSiR, Stowarzyszenie Wędkarskie "Pirania", właściciele bazy noclegowej, mieszkańcy gmin objętych projektem. Grupą docelową projektu są turyści oraz lokalna społeczność. Realizacja projektu doprowadzi do osiągnięcia następujących wskaźników rezultatu bezpośredniego i produktu: 1) Wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin w objętych wsparciem miejscach należących do dziedzictwa kulturalnego i naturalnego ( ): 3300 odwiedz./rok. 2) Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów objętych wsparciem: 3950 os/rok. 3) Liczba zabytków nieruchomych objętych wsparciem: 1 szt. 4) Liczba wspartych obiektów w miejscach dziedzictwa naturalnego: 4 szt. 5) Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach : 1 EPC.
