The project will be located in Sandomierz. The entire area is owned by the Municipality of Sandomierz – in perpetual use of PEC. The project covers the generation of heat and electricity in high-efficiency cogeneration. The new source should ensure that the district heating system’s summer demand for heat is covered and the Rokitek boiler plant’s electricity demand (self-sufficiency) is covered. The new cogeneration module based on a piston gas engine will directly supply the district heating network and will be an independent source of heat and electricity. The new Cogeneration Module will work independently of the work of the existing Rokitek Heat Plant, replacing it functionally in its entirety during the summer period, and partly during the heating period. The exhaust gas from the engine will be discharged into the new chimney. The production is expected to be approx. 29 905 GJ heat and 7185 MWh of electricity per year. The detailed scope of the Undertaking is set out in Chapter 3.6 of the SW. The installation complies with the definition of high-efficiency cogeneration set out in Annex II to Directive 2012/27/EU. The value of PES is 22.95 %. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przedsięwzięcie zostanie zlokalizowane w Sandomierzu. Całość terenu stanowi własność Gminy Miejskiej Sandomierz - w u użytkowaniu wieczystym PEC. Projekt swoim zakresem obejmuje wytwarzanie ciepła i energii elektrycznej w wysokosprawnej kogeneracji. Spaliny z silnika odprowadzane będą do nowego komina. Instalacja spełnia warunki definicji wysokosprawnej kogeneracji określone w załączniku II do dyrektywy 2012/27/UE. Wartość współczynnika PES wynosi 22,95%. (Polish)
