(123K and 123M) unemployed areas 30 years of age, including those leaving agriculture, who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market from the region of Tomašov during the period of: from 01.01.2020 to 30.6.2021 The target group in P will be: persons aged 30 years and over registered as unemployed in the PLO, and farmers and their family members running individual farms up to 2 hectares of conversion, intending to leave agriculture, belonging to at least one of the following groups of persons: 50 years old and older, long-term unemployed, women with disabilities, low-skilled – min. 60 % of project participants and max 20 % of participants not belonging to the above mentioned groups. Under P, it plans to carry out placements or career counselling, vocational training, internships, intervention work, reimbursement of the costs of equipping or retrofitting the job for the unemployed person, as well as one-off measures for setting up a business. The project’s project results are: —number of employed persons, including self-employed persons, after leaving the scheme – 111 persons. (55K and 56M) -Number of persons who obtained professional qualifications after leaving the programme – 6 persons. Celem głównym projektu realizowanego w okresie od 1.01.2020r. do 30.06.2021r. jest: zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 246os. (123K i 123M) bezrobotnych pow. 30 roku życia, w tym odchodzących z rolnictwa, znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy z pow. tomaszowskiego w okresie: od 01.01.2020r. do 30.06.2021r. Grupę docelową w P stanowić będą: osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne, oraz rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin prowadzący indywidualne gospodarstwa rolne do wielkości 2 ha przeliczeniowych, zamierzający odejść z rolnictwa, należący co najmniej do jednej z następujących grup osob: w wieku 50 lat i więcej, długotrwale bezrobotnych, kobiet, z niepełnosprawnościami, o niskich kwalifikacjach - min. 60% uczestników projektu i max 20% uczestników nie należących do w/w grup. W ramach P planuje się realizację pośrednictwa pracy lub doradztwa zawodowego, szkoleń zawodowych, staży, prac interwencyjnych, refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla skierowanego bezrobotnego oraz jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Założone rezultaty projektu to: -liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzacymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu - 111os. (55K i 56M) -liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje zawodowe po opuszczeniu programu - 6os. (3K i 3 M) -liczba osób pracujących w sektorze pozarolniczym po opuszczeniu programu - 4os.(2K i 2M).Nową gr. doc. bedą osoby pracujące tj.pracownicy przedsiębiorstw, os. samozatrudnione i prac. organizacji pozarządowych- 1721(861K i 860M) (Polish)
