The project concerns integrated activities preparing for the implementation of the Business Model related to the internationalisation of Connect Sp. z o.o. activities, which was developed in August 2019 by consultants from an external consulting company, participating in daily, direct interviews, interviews and consultations with employees and company management for a period of 1 week. The range of actions taken is crucial for the implementation of a new model, based on product expansion in the form of polypropylene tapes with corners and fasteners. The new business model, created as a result of the work undertaken and planned for implementation as a result of the implementation of this project, responds to the identified needs of customers and allows the applicant to build a competitive advantage on the market of packaging tape manufacturers. Stepping up the internationalisation process can make it possible to significantly accept the assumptions for a new business model, based in particular on: — establishing lasting business relationships and pursuing long-term product supply contracts, – developing and promoting new product values that are key from the point of view of the market’s expectations, – intensifying marketing and export activities. The destination markets are Germany and Austria. When analysing potential foreign target markets, cultural, economic, geographical and legal factors were taken into account, as well as an assessment of the Company’s past experience. Tasks planned in the Project: 1. Development of MBI, 2. Consultancy services related to the preparation for the implementation of the MBI, 3. Complementary services in support of the promotion of foreign products, 4. Participation in fairs as an exhibitor and economic mission. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Rynki docelowego eksportu to Niemcy i Austria. Zadania zaplanowane w Projekcie: 1. Opracowanie MBI, 2. Usługi doradcze, związane z przygotowaniem do wdrożenia MBI, 3. Usługi komplementarne w zakresie wsparcia promocji zagranicznej produktów, 4. Udział w targach w charakterze wystawcy i misji gospodarczej. (Polish)
