The total number of installed installations on private objects in the Municipality of Rachan will be 276 pcs. (total installed capacity 0,94 MW). Types of individual installations to be installed as part of the project: 2-panel collectors (power 3.3 kW) – 81 pieces; 3-panel collectors (4,95 kW) – 45 units, photovoltaic cells with a power of 2 kW – 32 installations, photovoltaic cells with a power of 3 kW – 81 installations, photovoltaic cells with a power of 4 kW – 37 installations. The target group of the project will be residents of the municipality of Rachanie (private users) who expressed their willingness to join the project expressed in the form of a survey. Project indicators: #dodatkowa renewable energy generation capacity – 0.94 MW; #produkcja thermal energy – 171.58 MW/year; #produkcja electricity – 432.25 MW/year; #liczba heat-generating units – 126; #liczba power generation units – 150 units Decrease in CO2 emissions-417.87 t CO2/year. The air quality in the municipality is good; there is no obligation to develop an air quality programme. The Lublin POP does not indicate any corrective or short-term actions for the municipality of Rachanie, which means that there were no exceedances of the levels of substances subject to air quality assessment. The project is in line with the directional actions of the current POP for the Lublin zone as well as corrective actions for reducing low emissions through the use of energy from RES in the energy balance of individual households. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i instalacja kolektorów słonecznych oraz instalacji fotowoltaicznych. Łączna ilość zamontowanych instalacji na obiektach prywatnych w Gminie Rachanie wyniesie 276 szt. (łączna moc zainstalowana 0,94 MW). Rodzaje poszczególnych instalacji przewidzianych do montażu w ramach projektu: kolektory 2- panelowe (moc 3,3 kW) - 81 sztuk; kolektory 3-panelowe (moc 4,95 kW) - 45 sztuk, ogniwa fotowoltaiczne o mocy 2 kW - 32 instalacje, ogniwa fotowoltaiczne o mocy 3 kW - 81 instalacji, ogniwa fotowoltaiczne o mocy 4 kW - 37 instalacji. Grupą docelową będą projektu są mieszkańcy gminy Rachanie (użytkownicy prywatni), którzy wyrazili chęć przystąpienia do projektu wyrażoną w formie ankiety. Wskaźniki projektu: #dodatkowa moc wytwarzania energii odnawialnej - 0,94 MW; #produkcja energii cieplnej - 171,58 MW/rok; #produkcja energii elektrycznej - 432,25 MW/rok; #liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej - 126; #liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej - 150 szt. Spadek emisji CO2 - 417,87 t CO2/rok. Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra; nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy Rachanie, co oznacza że na jej terenie nie odnotowano przekroczenia poziomów substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. Projekt jest zgodny z kierunkowymi działaniami aktualnego POP dla strefy lubelskiej jak i działaniami naprawczymi dotyczącymi ograniczenia niskiej emisji poprzez wykorzystanie energii pochodzącej z OZE w bilansie energetycznym indywidualnych gospodarstwach domowych.
