The Business Model of Internationalisation (MBI), which will be implemented as part of this project, was prepared by the Applicant in cooperation with a specialist consulting firm – MSCG – specialising in strategic advice in the field of internationalisation of business activity, between July and August 2019. Products designed for internationalisation include small utility architecture such as outdoor playgrounds, Linaria, fitness and street workout equipment. As part of the implementation of this project, the following activities will be carried out leading to the implementation of the MBI: — search, selection. and then establishing contacts with foreign partners – preparation of the product for the needs of the target market – preparation of distribution channels and service channels of formal and legal environment allowing entry to a given foreign market – preparation of a plan for a detailed promotion campaign, design of advertising and promotional materials, websites – design of catalogues and technical descriptions of products, design of logos and product brands – production of advertising and promotional materials (catalogues, brochures, corporate presentation in the form of video, information film) – participation in international trade fairs and business missions, i.e.; rental and construction of exhibition space; purchase of services for the organisation and operation of the stand; purchase of equipment transport services; business trips of persons participating in trade fairs and missions – diets/bonuses/flights, reservation of an exhibition space and purchase of a mandatory media package The above activities are necessary for the implementation of the SIMBA internationalisation business model. Model Biznesowy Internacjonalizacji (MBI), który będzie wdrażany w ramach przedmiotowego projektu został przygotowany przez Wnioskodawcę we współpracy ze specjalistyczną firmą doradczą - MSCG - specjalizującą się w doradztwie strategicznym w obszarze internacjonalizacji działalności biznesowej, w okresie od lipca do sierpnia 2019r. Produktami przeznaczonymi do internacjonalizacji są obiekty małej architektury użytkowej takie jak zewnętrzne place zabaw, linaria oraz sprzęty do fitnessu i street workoutu. W ramach realizacji niniejszego projektu zostaną przeprowadzone następujące działania prowadzące do wdrożenia MBI: - wyszukiwanie, selekcja. a następnie nawiązanie kontaktów z partnerami zagranicznymi - przygotowanie produktu do potrzeb rynku docelowego - przygotowanie kanałów dystrybucji i kanałów obsługi otoczenia formalno-prawnego umożliwiającego wejście na dany rynek zagraniczny - przygotowanie planu szczegółowej kampanii promocyjnej, projektowania materiałów reklamowych i promocyjnych, stron internetowych - projektowania katalogów i opisów technicznych produktów, projektowania logotypów i marek produktowych - wytworzenia materiałów reklamowych i promocyjnych (katalogi, broszury, prezentacja firmowa w formie video, film informacyjny) - udział w międzynarodowych targach i misjach gospodarczych tj.; wynajęcie i zabudowa powierzchni wystawienniczej; zakup usług w zakresie organizacji i obsługi stoiska; zakup usług w zakresie transportu eksponatów; podróże służbowe osób uczestniczących w targach i misjach – diety/noclegi/przeloty, rezerwacja miejsca wystawowego i zakup obowiązkowego pakietu mediowego Powyższe działania są niezbędne z punktu widzenia wdrożenia modelu biznesowego internacjonalizacji firmy SIMBA.
