The project includes the development and validation in real conditions of a comprehensive, pro-environmental electroplating process, including large-scale components from foundry aluminium alloys, including, among others, surface preparation methods for precise and effective creation of anode and varnish coatings, as well as a system of zoned aluminium spray rinsing together with an automated system for digital recognition of the dimensions of elements. The following technological advantages are planned: — the multifunctionality and complexity of the line for chemical and electrochemical surface treatment – the ability to quickly adapt the technological process to changing legal provisions – reduction of water and post-production waste water consumption – reduction of surface roughness – reduction of own stresses in the material – possibility of anodising large-scale elements Most surface treatment processes are carried out in the aquatic environment, so its rational use is of great importance for the environment. The use of spray rinsing in place of traditional immersion rinsing is a novelty on a national scale. The innovative zonal flushing system will allow for even greater water savings due to optimised water consumption depending on the gabarite and the amount of workpieces. The detection system will make it possible to determine the size of the input to the galvanic bath and to automatically select the consumption of rinsing water for a variety of foundry products manufactured by Iwamet. Pursuant to Article 25 of Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty Urz. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014)); (English) | |||||||||||||||

IWAMET SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ

Projekt obejmuje opracowanie i walidację w warunkach rzeczywistych kompleksowego, proekologicznego procesu obróbki galwanicznej m.in. wielkogabarytowych komponentów z odlewniczych stopów aluminium, obejmującego m.in. metody przygotowania powierzchni umożliwiające precyzyjne i efektywne tworzenie powłok anodowych i lakierniczych, a także system strefowego płukania natryskowego aluminium wraz z zautomatyzowanym systemem cyfrowego rozpoznawania gabarytów elementów. Zgodnie z art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014)); (Polish)
