SA 42799(2015/X) The object of the project is the implementation of R & D results (internal and external) in the form of an innovative, comprehensive technology for obtaining roasted coffee beans with increased quality parameters. As a result of the R & D work implemented, products will appear on the market, the characteristics of which correspond to trends in the preferences of consumers who are looking for high-quality, natural products, without additional aromas and produced by the domestic processing industry. The implemented innovative and comprehensive technology will allow you to control the content of individual natural aromas during smoking and after burning various coffee beans (especially high-quality), as well as after different storage periods of the packaged product under different conditions. The use of a special, original system to cool the grain immediately after the burning process will reduce the volatilisation of fragrance compounds and additionally support the process of storing coffee in a modified atmosphere. As a result of the implementation of R & D works, it will be possible to produce roasted coffee beans characterised by increased quality parameters: greater durability of beans during storage, lighter colour of ground coffee compared to beans, higher content of valuable aromas and higher consumer acceptability. The scope of the project includes investment expenditure, which will enable the implementation of the results of R & D work in the Applicant’s enterprise: • purchase of construction works, • purchase of machinery and equipment necessary to start production of new products, • construction of a new production line and hall with the necessary premises for optimal and repeatable, correct production of new products. All the activities will enable the production of a new range of products to begin at the Applicant’s plant located in the Republic of Poland. New products will be introduced to the Applicant’s offer, thereby affecting the development of the Polish and global food sector. (English)

    SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac B+R (wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych) w postaci innowacyjnej, kompleksowej technologii otrzymywania palonych ziaren kawy o podwyższonych parametrach jakościowych. W wyniku wdrożonych prac B+R na rynku pojawią się produkty, których właściwości odpowiadają trendom w preferencjach konsumentów, którzy poszukują wyrobów wysokiej jakości, naturalnych, bez dodatkowych aromatów i wytworzonych przez krajowy przemysł przetwórczy. Wdrożona innowacyjna i kompleksowa technologia pozwoli na kontrolowanie zawartości poszczególnych naturalnych aromatów w trakcie palenia i po wypaleniu różnych ziaren kawy (zwłaszcza wysokogatunkowych), a także po różnych okresach przechowywania zapakowanego produktu w różnych warunkach. Zastosowanie specjalnego, autorskiego układu do schłodzenia ziarna bezpośrednio po procesie palenia pozwoli na redukcję ulatniania się związków zapachowych i dodatkowo wspomoże proces przechowywania kawy w atmosferze modyfikowanej. W wyniku wdrożenia prac B+R możliwa będzie produkcja ziaren palonej kawy charakteryzujących się podwyższonymi parametrami jakościowymi: większą trwałością ziaren w czasie przechowywania, jaśniejszą barwą zmielonej kawy w porównaniu do ziaren, wyższą zawartością cennych aromatów i wyższą akceptowalnością konsumencką. Zakres projektu obejmuje wydatki inwestycyjne, które umożliwią wdrożenie wyników prac B+R w przedsiębiorstwie Wnioskodawcy: • zakup robót budowlanych, • zakup maszyn i urządzeń niezbędnych do uruchomienia produkcji nowych produktów, • budowę nowej linii produkcyjnej oraz hali wraz z niezbędnymi pomieszczeniami warunkującymi optymalną i powtarzalną, prawidłową produkcję nowych produktów. Całość działań pozwoli finalnie rozpoczęcie produkcji nowej gamy wyrobów w zakładzie Wnioskodawcy mieszczącym się na terenie RP. Nastąpi wprowadzenie nowych wyrobów do oferty Wnioskodawcy, co tym samym wpłynie na rozwój polskiego i światowego sektora spożywczego. (Polish)
