In addition, at least 20 % of participants are low-skilled (up to and including ISCED level 3) – 5 persons. The objectives of the project are: increasing the ability to take up a stable problem through a complex. activism support – in the period 11.2019-10.2020-24os (14K,10M) aged 15-29 years, living in the Radom sub-region- working poor, people who are difficult on a short-term contract and work under civil-law contracts (19os) or immigrants (5 persons), including at least 8 persons living in the city of Radom or Kozienice and 5 persons with low qualifications.Realised wsparcie:indywidualne counselling profession together with the creation of IPD, group counselling profession. with counsellor and psychologist, vocational training. adapted to the predisposition of UP and the needs of local job year, training in Polish for immigrants, individual job placement, vocational training in accordance with the training. Main results projektu:min. 42 %not difficult. Up will take difficult. after the end of the project (employment efficiency) and at least 27 % of employees will improve their professional situation (professional efficiency)minimum 80 % of the UP will acquire competences or professional qualifications within the project according to the needs of the labour market. min. 80 % of trainees will acquire professional experience in accordance with the training of the profession.
