The aim of the project will be to strengthen the competitiveness of the company “Krusz – Bud” of the Company z o.o. by increasing the potential in the field of skilful design management and increasing the level of use of design in the business activity conducted so far, will significantly contribute to the design, creation and implementation of product innovations for new markets. It is crucial to professionally assess the company’s existing business and demonstrate the necessary needs and identified risks and design problems to be solved. The implementation of this project will also increase the level of awareness of the company’s management regarding the possibility of using design activities, diversification of production activities carried out so far, which will have a positive impact on the way the company is perceived and its image. By using the possibilities offered by design activities, the company “Krusz – Bud” can significantly increase its competitive advantage, as well as diversify its sales offer. The Management Board of “Krusz-bud” will support the implementation of the project and engage in project work. In preparation for the implementation of the project, “Krusz-bud” company has selected an auditing company, which has many years of experience and adequate human resources. The contractor will implement the author’s audit program, which will include, among others, an assessment of past activities, design problems, business model of the company, as well as pricing, marketing policy, customer preferences, as well as extensive analyses of competition and its surroundings. The project activities will be implemented by 6 months, i.e. from 01.12.2019 to 31 May 2020. (English)

    Celem projektu będzie wzmocnienie konkurencyjności firmy "Krusz - Bud" Spółki z o.o. poprzez zwiększenie potencjału w zakresie umiejętnego zarządzania wzornictwem oraz wzrost poziomu wykorzystania wzornictwa w dotychczas prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej, znacząco przyczyni się do projektowania, kreacji i wdrożenia innowacji produktowych na nowe rynki zbytu. Kluczowe znaczenie ma profesjonalna ocena dotychczasowej działalności firmy i wykazanie niezbędnych potrzeb oraz rozpoznanych zagrożeń oraz problemów wzorniczych do rozwiązania. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu pozwoli również zwiększyć poziom świadomości zarządu firmy w zakresie możliwości wykorzystania działań wzorniczych, dywersyfikacji prowadzonych dotychczas działań produkcyjnych, co wpłynie korzystnie na sposób postrzegania firmy i jej wizerunku. Dzięki wykorzystaniu możliwości jakie dają działania wzornicze, firma "Krusz - Bud" może znacząco zwiększyć przewagę konkurencyjną, a także zróżnicować ofertę sprzedażową. Zarząd Spółki "Krusz-bud" będzie wspierał realizację projektu i angażował się w prace projektowe. W ramach przygotowań do realizacji projektu firma "Krusz-bud" wyłoniła firmę audytującą, która posiada wieloletnie doświadczenie oraz odpowiednie zaplecze kadrowe.Wykonawca będzie wdrażał autorski program audytujący, który będzie zawierał m.in. ocenę dotychczasowej działalności, problemów wzorniczych, model biznesowy firmy, a także politykę cenową, marketingową, preferencji klientów, jak również rozbudowane analizy konkurencji i jego otoczenia.
